I've had the Popeye's chicken sandwich twice now and you're right it's overhyped, but I still think it's a great fast food chicken sandwich.

Hot damn three in a week? This is crazy yet here we are. Good morning Pixlpeeps, new year, me still trying to improve, and improving means getting back on a regular schedule here of posting, replying (still need to work on this) and reading. Since you’re here, I’m here, let’s get started with 2020’s first Quick Hits…it should be quick because we’re only three days into the year.
Chris Watches…
Mandalorian - Disney+: I just finished episode 5 of Mandalorian Jones (I add Jones because since it’s a space western he needs a last name). I like this series but it still gives off Firefly vibes like Mandalorian Jones’ ship is kind of built like Serenity with the double engines. Also I do like the little easter eggs which ties it into the Star Wars Universe. Good watch.
Still watching wrestling on various platforms. You can’t go wrong with AEW but I hate the commercial/wrestling sections and there are a lot of commercials during this show. Other than that, there really isn’t any shows/series I’m into right now. I mean I need to get back into Jack Ryan, and other shows on Netflix/Amazon. Hulu I don’t really use but since it’s free with Spotify it doesn’t bother me to not use it.
Chris Listens To…
I’m currently listening to the new Foo Fighters EP while typing this (thanks Spotify!) This is kind of a down period for new stuff so I should be catching up on podcasts.
Chris’ 2020 Goals
-I’m starting to build my gym playlist for my gym music player (the tiny one I bought a year or so ago)
-Lists! Lists! Lists! I’ve created template lists for my trading cards, and stuff I bought to keep track
-In the great Music cleaning I’ve gone through Z, and I’m working my way through Y (I’m working backwards). I’ve quickly realized I am not a fan of new rap. I find most of it annoying.

On Monday I made a trip out to the closest Popeye’s and while buying a box of chicken I decided to try this

The only thing I bought within the week are these figures from Treasure Hunt for a solid $4 (they’re $10 each on their site)
I already have a San Diego Padres Friar mascot but this one came with a hat. My original doesn’t have a hat. I also bought random USC player because it was a $1 with discount and it kinda looks like me.
