Xbox 360: Battle Chess how to get it in the U.S

So after getting ChessMaster for the PS2 I started looking for one on the 360 and after some searching i found this, the only problem is i wanted to order it and its only available on Amazon UK and when i pkaced my order i find out they wont ship to my adress so i started checking post offices around and no go so i guess i wont be getting it and thats ashame cause it looks so cool, just check out these screen shots.

It looks like Harry Potter chess ... if Harry Potter chess had a murderous, well-endowed she-vixen that flew into the sky and burned people with lightning.

I had no idea this existed! I played the original like crazy as a kid. Let us know if you get a copy.

I know you might not trust wikipedia well but tis is what was on its page for why the U.S. never got it :( looks like it would have been fun too :(

The U.S. version of the game could not be released due to an injunction by Interplay Entertainment for trademark infringement due to its similarity to Interplay title Battle Chess. The case went to trial by jury in the summer of 2012.^[1]^[2] The District Court of California came into session and given that after two years of litigation, TopWare Interactive discharged their lawyer, resulting in Interplay winning the case by default. TopWare has time until April 24 to settle the case, or pay the damages.^[3]

This looks incredible. I have never seen it before. Wonder why they do that with some games,make it so Americans can't get their mitts on them. Seems like a poor business model to me. Really stinks they won't send a copy to you.
