I'm wondering about the lifespan of files on a hard drive. My music collection has been moved from drive to drive for a very long time now.

Hey you thought I forgot about you good people, didn’t ya? I’ve been busy today but here I am, I have some time because copying a drive is going to take almost two hours so instead of mindlessly going though Twitter and Reddit here I am...also I needed a reason to type on my swanky iPad keyboard.
Quick Update before tomorrow’s Quick Hits:
-I’m working on some things like still sorting through some music, I needed to throw in a new hard drive into the mix
-I’m doing something with the Vita thanks to various YouTube vids I watched late at night when I randomly woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep
-And I bought some nerdy non toy things from Amazon
