So after Nicole explained to me the court battle of this game ( infringement issues on the name ) they are bringing it to the US just not as Battle Vrs Chess but as Check vs Mate so its the exact same game just a new title due to a title infringement right court battle, and its scheduled to release on PS3 & Xbox 360 & PC very soon so now im happy lol.
