I woke up around 5:30ish and what’s on TV? Clint Eastwood’s Heartbreak Ridge. I own this movie, it’s one of my favorites and it’s on TV so why not watch. Before I went to sleep another one of my favorites The Martian was on. I had some good luck on movies.

 

-So yesterday I said I had good news. Well it was announced so I would like to share it here…I’M AN UNCLE! Oh my gosh my nephew is such a beautiful baby (I know everyone says it about babies and they’re right). Oh I was bawling tears of joy for this wonderful little miracle. This little guy is going to have all the fun toys from this uncle, and of course I'm gonna have to cut back on my cussing.

 

-Since today is supposed to be the start of Opening Day in baseball, I kinda miss the game. I’m debating on firing up one of my old baseball games and playing a season. We’ll see how that fit into my schedule.

 

-I played two games of NBA 2K this morning: the Bulls once again blew a 10 point lead (this has to be my sweet spot when it comes to in game collapses) but held on after an 8-0 run in the final 2 minutes against a hapless Cleveland team. The next game was a home game against Atlanta where the Bulls just controlled the game from the jump. As much as I want video game Chris to take all the shots, I do like to dump the ball inside and let the big Centers grind and get as much inside buckets as possible.

 

-Later on today I hope to get through a box of basketball cards in my on going goal of cataloging all my cards. I’m thinking of ordering more boxes from Amazon but I know they are overworked right now so I might just wait a week. Oh speaking of Amazon I finished my third game of Amazon: The Waiting Game. I got my order of powdered Lipton Cream of Chicken Soup (remember the one I said add a little bit of Rice DLC for a damn good meal on the couch).

 

Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. I have some homemade frozen waffles that I want to toss into the toaster before I get my day going. Have a good one!
