When I was in little league, I had a baseball card collection. I played this baseball board game with circular discs too. I looked it up just now and it's called All Star Baseball.

Earlier this morning before I had to officially get up I went back to the other room where my baseball cards are all spread out and I continued to do my sorting. A little flashback: Before Virusfest officially made us stay home I decided that I wanted to sort out all my cards and put them in order. I also wanted to catalog each card but after doing football I scrapped that because it takes so long and my baseball card collection is twice the size. Ok so at this moment all my baseball cards are in team order on a bed, and I am putting them into 800 count boxes based on alphabetical order of the team name, not the city. I did the Angels and part of the Astros yesterday, and earlier this morning I finished the Astros, and labeled the box.
It’s funny how just looking at the pictures on these little rectangles of cardboard you instantly remember the fun of trading cards with friends, finding your favorite player or trying to fill out a checklist. This was my childhood. I watch card videos now and it seems everyone just wants the autographs or whoever is the new hot player to collection. It seems like the simple fun is gone but it’s probably just a different type of fun for kids today. Anyways I am rambling and I am waiting for my butter to soften so I can make fresh homemade frozen waffles. Have a good one and WASH YOUR HANDS!
That’s all for now, more tomorrow!
