I like those flames on the helmet.
Quick Hits: Madden Modding With A Splash Of Pickups

Alright I have around 30 minutes to write, edit pictures, and upload before I have to go pick up a rental car, so let’s see how well I do. Good morning Pixlpeeps! It’s a warm day here in Sunny Southern California and I’ve been MIA for the week but that’s because I’ve been tinkering with Madden as well as searching for a particular toy. Let’s start with Madden
So it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve installed the Frosty Mod, and Frosty Editor and last weekend I thought it would be fun to start a new Franchise with the Tennessee Titans but instead of having the throwback uniforms I would replace them with some recolored uniforms and some slight tweaks. I didn’t like the number font for the Titans because I thought they were a bit on the skinny side so I went with the Oregon Autzen Font and I mapped out which uniforms I would need to replace. I started with a spreadsheet to keep which uniorms went where
From that point it was time to pick out a number font I liked. Instead of making my own or tweaking a ready made one, I just went with the Nike Oregon Autzen font.
They’re fat numbers that have some points to make them look fierce (in my head anyways). Once I got these two things done it was time to grab the trusty helmet, pants, and jersey templates (for the jersey I grabbed one of the current uniforms to use as a template) and then it was do some work, see how it looks, tweak and repeat. Finally I came up with 8 designs for jerseys, two helmet designs, and I believe 6 or 7 pants.
Helmets:
I figure let’s go crazy here. I went with a light blue with the flames acting like wings (see Oregon or Philadelphia Eagles). I also went with a black helmet with a black/dark gray/white secondary logo.
Uniforms:
Nothing too crazy here, but I can mix/match parts along with the current uniforms in the game so I can get as crazy or as traditional as I want. For some one who is really into all the uniform combinations in games this is adding a lot of enjoyment to the game.
So in order to get the uniforms in game I have to launch Frosty Editor, load my save file, and then launch Madden from there. It is a little longer process than just hitting the Madden shortcut on my screen but at anytime I can change one or all the uniforms and they will be ready in my new Titans Franchise mode. I think after this season in my Franchise I’d like to replace the Black and the Blue camo jerseys with something a little wild. Maybe neon.
**Ok so my goal didn’t happen. After I wrote this last paragraph I went to pick up the rental, dropped off the truck, went to Best Buy, grabbed some lunch, ate lunch and had one hell off a siesta.**
Pickups
Games
From earlier today while I was out looking for GI Joe Operation Blackout, I found this game for $7
The last game I bought on PC and played the hell out of especially with some mods. Now I’ll have to actually use some strategy.
Yeah I still can’t find that GI Joe game for the Switch and when I look online it seems to be only for XBox for digital purchase.
Music
From Walmart when I was buying some groceries
Keith Sweat Ballad collections for $5. It doesn’t have Twisted but I already own that album, I just wanted a couple of songs from this compilation.
From Goodwill I found
I got really lucky because I never find any Hip-Hop albums. There were more but I already owned them.
Toys
So the new retro line of GI Joe has been rolling out so I’ve been collecting the new ones for my brother and for his baby. I’ve also been on the lookout for one of the figures because I never had it as a kid and boom I found two one day, and another the next day
I finally found the Baroness so I am happy. I need to find the dune buggy and I’m good.
From another trip to Walmart I found this wrestling figure
Brandi Rhodes. Originally this was an exclusive figure from I believe Ringside Collectible’s but started to trickle down into the Walmart’s. I’m now waiting for the Pentagon Jr. Figure that should be out next month.
I found some Hot Wheels
I found a Filipino Jeepney! After World War II, the US left a fleet of Jeeps in the Philippines, so Filipinos took them, stretched them out and turned them into public transportation. Of course now they are each decorated to the tastes of the owner and I think one of the coolest vehicles on the street.
I found copies of the Fast and Furious cartoon car as well as the classic Batmobile so I am going to open them and make car noises….or have them sit under my TV.
Final pickup is video game related AND Lego…
Ok so it’s not the Mario Lego sets (not a fan) this set was originally $90 dollars but I found it for a hefty $26 bucks at Target (I was also looking for that GI Joe game).
Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. It is now 5:30pm and I need to start updating my music player. Have a good one!
That’s all for now, more later!
