Last week I mentioned the HD collections that were on sale on PSN and I did wind up buying one of them. I would have loved to buy a bunch of them but I restricted myself to $20 and wound up getting the Metal Gear Solid HD collection for PS3.
I don't have any of those games so it kind of made more sense than rebuying Ratchet and Clank or paying money for the Devil May Cry Collection to get two good games and DMC 2.
I've decided to donate $50 to Shadow of the Eternals. Hell if the game does come out I'd pay $50 for the 12 episodes easily so why not. 2000 people have pledged as of today and I'm hoping it picks up steam.
If it doesn't get made then it doesn't get made but after making all that noise about how Dyack should have given us this game instead of pissing around I have to do it. If I don't I have no one to blame but myself when it doesn't get made. It's like moaning about the government when you don't vote.
I don't vote AND moan about the government. It's the American thing to do!
I was interested in the HD collections of Zone of the Enders and I didn't see them during that sale.
I've never donated to a Kickstarter, but I would if the right project came along...
Yes, I would have picked up ZotE too but it wasn't there. I have seen that one for $19.99 at EB so I may pick it up there.
lol dont let GH know you got Metal Gear lol you know how he is with Metal gear ,personally i like the HD come back games and my last one hitman HD collection i traded cause i just cant get into the Hitman Games for some reason, now if they would just bring some games i care about to the HD collections i might just buy one but right now im not into Hitman or THE Devil may Cry and these types.
MGS HD Collection...the best $20 you'll spend this year! Now start saving for the MGS Legacy Collection.

I hope Shadows Of Eternals gets what it needs. The brief footage of what was shown had me very intrigued! I'd donate if I could but I'm broke. lol.
In basically the same boat as BrokenH. Hopefully it picks up steam, cause last I checked it wasn't doing so hot. That's a pretty lofty goal for a Kickstarter, though, as far as most of the ones I've seen.
Last time I checked they'd achieved Rush (2112 pledges) LOL. and 125,953 bucks in two days. If they can keep the pace they'll reach their goal no problem.
I almost bought the MGS HD collection, but I'm holding out for that rumored MGS: The Legacy Collection (PS3). I don't know when it releases. I read somewhere it's a bit pricey though.
Hey, don't you insult DMC2! It's got... some good qualities... like... um... Oh, who am I kidding? I haven't even bothered playing it after finishing Dante's story.
Still up in the air on HD collections/buying the originals. Perhaps if the originals get harder to find I'll go that route.
Okay I'll check to see what the offerings are in donations. I doubt I'd try to execuative producer but what other goodies could be offered?
