Good goals, for sure! What are 2, 4, and 6?
2021 Goals

Good afternoon Pixlpeeps and happy 2021! My new year wasn’t good but I’ll probably talk more about that on Friday. I couldn’t blog yesterday because there were a bunch of things that needed to get done and there wasn’t really any new content to share. Anyways for today I have some thoughts on what I want to accomplish in 2021, and hopefully I can stick with it.
Chris’ 2021 Goals For Gaming:
- Play the games I have: Simple enough, with Epic, Amazon Gaming, GOG, and other sites that offer free games, and all the games I bought in various bundles just to get one or two games I really wanted to play. Because of this I have a massive library of unplayed games.
- Stop playing freemium games: I’ve decided to keep one, Disney Emoji Blitz because I have another friend who plays it. Everything else there really is no good reason to spend so much time on them. You don’t win, it’s a lot of grinding, and after awhile you become more obsessed with checking in to the game for freebies than actually playing it.
- Limit on buying games: I might break this later on today if there are games in the $4.99 Fanatial bundle I don’t have but want. So for this it helps with play the stuff I already have. Why add more to it? I don’t really follow all the latest and greatest, I’ll probably pick up Cyberpunk towards the end of the year, and other than that I couldn’t tell you what’s on the way.
- Enjoy the time: I’ve realized that I don’t want to put a time table on a game to finish it. I’ll play the game until I either finish it, or until I no longer find it entertaining. There’s no use in me playing a game I don’t like just because it’s in my Steam library. If it’s terrible it gets uninstalled.
If I have anything new I’ll probably ad to this but for right now, this is my plan for 2021.
Hope you all are having a wonderful start to 2021! That’s all for now, more later!
-Chris
