I realized today that I'm a traitor to my own goals, so now I'm afraid to make any, especially ones that are supposedly good for me. I've been sticking to my reading goals though. Possibly, I only stick to goals that aren't the most beneficial to me. Maybe that's the problem.

Good afternoon Pixlpeeps! A little advance warning, this might be short because I am updating my digital library and its moving files from A to B and making sure the tags are good. The never ending fun continues. Anyways I did my Game Goals so now its time for my Quick Hits Goals
2021 Non Gaming Goals
- Listen to a new album everyday: Over the years I’ve collected a lot of digital music, and I’ve been more hoarder than anything. To start the year I canceled my Spotify Premium because I only used it occasionally. Now I have a reason to listen to my digital library, discover new to me music, and enjoy my collection.
- Finish books: I tend to start a lot of books, but I don’t finish them. I’d like to change this. Heck I have a lot of books from Amazon that are free, as well as a library card where I have access to their online library. I’m going to finish those books that I check out and start.
- Exercise More: Same thing every year. I’ll probably start walking again. Heck I could listen to a new album while walking.
- Save Money: I really don’t need to explain this one.
I’ll probably add to this as the year goes on because something will pop up that I want to improve on or just start.
Chris Watches:
I’m on my steady diet of reality tv like The Challenge, 90 Day Fiance, and others but I have been watching Little House on the Prairie. I don’t know if I mentioned it before but I’ve been watching this for a bit and I think I may have gone through the entire series at least three times. Sometimes you want to watch a show with a positive message.
Chris Listens:
I’ve cut a lot of podcasts out of my routine, and I canceled Spotify. I only really used it when I was in the shower, and on Friday I would browse the new music, realize I don’t like 70% of it and then go back to listening to podcasts or whatever was on my music player. This wasn’t a good use of $10 a month even with the free Hulu.
Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. Have a good weekend!
That’s all for now, more later!
-Chris
