My friend keeps telling me he's at 180 hours now. I'm right in that last floating castle and still can't get back to it long enough to beat that "final" boss. I'm at 80 hours because I went back to do side missions at one point. I'm almost afraid to return to it with the idea that there's so much more after that boss. I get game fatigue after a while and I'm near my limit with DQXI.

Well, I have to admit, my BaD performance this year is pretty disappointing. I was really looking forward to it too. But I will continue my RPG series once the month is over, and have some great ideas for it. The good news though is that last night I finally beat the main story of Dragon Quest 11. I was up til 3AM doing it (and slept til 10:30 this morning, which is highly unusual for me). However, I'm not sure I'm ready to say goodbye to these characters. The post-game beckons...
