My brother has Dark Sector. I played it a little bit and thought it was fun. I might have to see if I can borrow it sometime. Super Smash Bros. is one of my favorite fighting games series too. We put countless hours into Melee. Congrats on the new place!

I have to apologize for the hiatus again. Everytime I think I able to come back and start writing, I get caught up with school or track. It really hasn't been that long but to me it seems like its been light years since I posted something. Hopefully since its finals week and about to go on summer break, I'll get a lot more time to post and game a little more than I have been.
Gaming wise, I picked up a couple games when I went to Gamestop. I had not been to one since Christmas when I went to go pick up Dark Souls. But I was feeling down so I needed some games to cheer me up. Instead of going for one new game, I bought 5 cheaper old games. I picked up Dark Sector, Skate, Forza 2, Enchanted Arms and Red Faction: Guerrilla. I have only dipped my toes into Skate and Red Faction. They seem really good. I haven't played a skating game since Tony Hawk 2. As for Red Faction, I heard good things and its alot better apparently then Armageddon. Forza 2 and Enchanted Arms I am holding off on till I clear out some of my backlog.
I have gotten really into Dark Sector. I picked it up for like a dollar and it is surprisingly fun. Yes it is a Gears of War rip-off and not as polished. But it has fun factor, it's a generic third person shooter with a bad-ass boomerang. Watching some of the reviews, it got knocked for being a GOW rip but I don't necessarily think that is really a problem. I love GOW so if a game wants to try to use that formula to match that, I won't mind. Its not going to be my favorite game of all time but I'm having fun with it and it was a couple bucks so I can't complain.
The story is....I have no idea what is going. I am pretty far in the game so hopefully I will have that done by this week. I will probably do an impression blog of it, I think it deserves a little more acknowledgement than what it gets.
My sister, gf, and roommate decided to go at in Super Smash Brawl, and I must say Super Smash is one of my favorite series. I love the character selection and Brawl is pretty balanced. We also start Gauntlet Dark Legacy last night and ended up dungeon crawling for 5 hours. I just get lost it that game too much fun.
Well that has been the general gaming updates of my life. I asked out my girlfriend on May the Fourth because we both are star wars nerds. I thought it was appropriate School is finishing up and I just secured a one bedroom place for next semester so that'll be fun living by myself. i need to find a nice couch and a nice surround sound system for my gaming. I might buy a bigger tv or a projector. 
I am going to end it on that note because I don't to lollygag and have more word vomit. I honestly don't know how people feel about reading longer blogs. I enjoy them and I enjoy reading everyone's updates, those might be my favorites. Hope to be on here a lot more and able to get to know everyone in the community more and get some friendships going on. HAPPY GAMING!!
