This is me! Taken today in my office[aka,my van!] which is not located down by the river. I practically live here,so why not take some pics? Just wanted you to know I do still have a little bit of hair. Getting ready to chop it off this weekend,though. It gets obscenely hot in Oklahoma during the summer months,so I like to keep it very short. But it does still exist! I came to grips with my hair's evacuation from my noggin long ago,so it's no big deal to me.

You would never think I was part Cherokee based on this pic! That is one extremely white dude. But I am a card carrying member of the Cherokee Nation. Still need to get some sun I think. That's my laptop in the background there. Maybe I will do a photo blog of the rest of my office at some point. Show you what I use to do mobile x-ray on a daily basis.

Here's what the rest of me looks like. Although this pic was taken a few years back I still look pretty much the same. Hey,if they can fit Fat Bastard in a kilt I've got nothing to worry about! I'm about 290,but I'm 6'4" tall so it's spread out a lot. Would like to get down to 220,still working on that. Older I get the harder I have to hit it at the gym when I go there. My job is pretty physical,so that helps a lot. So there you have it....that's me,good old smartcelt as I am known all over.

I fit into mine well because it's so adjustable[outwards!] that it's unreal. If I lose a bunch of weight it will be tough,though. Would have to get it altered a bit.

nice pics! I'm trying to lose weight too. I'm 250 but am only 5'10, so I'm a little fat.

The greatest motivational speaker of all time,that guy. Unlike him,I am not "thrice divorced" fortunately. Who the hell could afford that? Losing weight is a constant challenge,even though I go to lengths to do so. Gave up soda,sugar[I use stevia now],and rarely drink anymore. Except for beer at concerts,maybe. It's still pretty tough to do. Best of luck to you in your efforts on that front.

I have to don the kilt a few times a year just to call myself a proper Scot. I have 3 swords,which I may take some pics of for a future blog.

Nice to see the face, would be cool to see what you use for work as well.

220 is a good goal, and taking into account your height and everything, you don't sound totally out of shape. Actually, I wish I were that tall, I'm not too intimidating at 5'9" and losing weight. lol

My doctor is the same height as me and says the ideal weight for us is 220. He weighs 220! Imagine that,just a coincidence,you suppose?

Love those Highlander movies. And those effects when one of them got their head lopped off! The Clan McLeod has their own damn sword now due to that film. Looks cool as hell,too.

I was a Highlander fanboy as a kid too. Even liked the second movie that got weird and a bit more sci-fi. lol. So,clan McLeod got a free awesome sword because of Highlander? Color me green with envy!

I sorta have a Hugo Weaving thing going on there. He always looks pissed off! Maybe it's cause I'm at work. I try to smile when dealing with my patients so I don't scare them.

Nice pics im trying to loose weight to ................yea right if i lost anymore i would look like a crack head lol its so funny seeing everyone after knowing all of you since one up and everyone lives all over the world and any other way would have never met and i think thats the coolest thing, and its funny how no one would post a pic until after a few of us did now everyones doing it lol, and everyone is so self unasured and they should know it doesnt matter what you look like the skin color or anything else i like all of you on here for you its just good not trying to picture who you are, lol and im sure alot of people is tripping cause in a million years would beleive my wife is black or to be more percise mixed, lol.

You had a great idea on this,Rodney. I'm glad some folks joined in on it. Good to see what everyone looks like. Makes it more interesting to put their words to a face somehow.

Hey, I recognize that last pic! And it was a bit more than a few years ago, lol. I think it's hilarious that I'm darker complected than you are, I'm 3/4 French-Canadian, which means there's a lot of Native American blood mixed in, but no one really keeps track as to how much.
