I haven't posted here in a long time, so just wanted to stop by and say hi!

Lately I haven't been playing much that's new, but I plugged in my PlayStation 2 console and started replaying some of my old games. Right now I'm playing Kingdom Hearts 2. I've also been playing
Devil May Cry 3, Final Fantasy X, Silent Hill 2, and Tomb Raider: Legend ( all for PS2). It's really awesome playing on original hardware.

For PS5 I recently finished Assassins Creed Mirage and am currently playing Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, which I'm 100 hours into and haven't finished yet.

What has everyone else been up to?

Good to hear from you! I'm sitll reviewing games, right now the most notable ones I'm working on include The Plucky Squire and Yars Rising. Also looking forward to the new Zelda game tomorrow!

Those two games look interesting. I was going to try the demo for Yars Rising on PS5. I'll look for your reviews. I'll eventually get the new Zelda game. I'm enjoying live streams of that and new silent hill 2.

Great to hear from you! I've been on reddit a lot lately reading community subreddits like r/PS2. Someone just posted about getting Silent Hill 2. I loved the first one. I have SH2 on the HD collection for Xbox 360 but haven't played it yet.

I just saw the Final Fantasy pixel remasters have dropped on Xbox (also the Mana games just dropped on Game Pass, Dragon Quest 1-3 remasters coming soon, and Suikoden 1-2 coming next year)! I loved the remaster of FF 1 on Switch this year (I played it both on NES and the remaster on Switch). Now I can play it again on Xbox. Whoohoo.

I'm planning a replay of Silent Hill 2 on PS2 first before I buy Silent Hill 2 Remake since I have the PS2 set up. I also have the HD collection for PS3. I have some of the original FF games on game boy advance. The only remaster I've played so far is FF7, not Remake/Rebirth, but the HD upgrade of original game on switch. I really like the 3D remakes for DS.

I need to get to FFIII and finish FFIV on DS. I still have them incredibly with all the trading I end up doing.

Welcome back! There are about three of us still posting regularly...and we've all commented here now lol. I had to put my PS2 in storage earlier this year but I love getting to play on original hardware. I've plowed through a surprising number of Switch games recently. I finally played through the first Danganronpa this month.

A bunch of Danganropa games were on sale recently for switch and ps5. Thats the one series I want to play through from the beginning. I think switch is perfect for that type of game. I also started playing Wii again.
