Late last year, I was a guest star on a cartoon podcast that a few of my friends do.  The topic was Darkwing Duck, an early 90s cartoon on The Disney Afternoon.  I was really glad to be on it, and I’m very thankful they invited me.  So please click on the link below and listen to it if you can.  Thanks!

And that’s all for now!  Thanks for listening and let me know what you think.  Later!  --Cary

I've started to listen to Pemmy, Krissy and James on Spotify. I'll definitely take a listen to this because I love the design of Darkwing Duck even though I couldn't get into the TV show when i watched it. I like the dark versions of Disney characters when they do that like some of the promotional matterial for Epic Mickey. They are not often dark in story though, but I love the art work.

Darkwing Duck definitely isn't dark.  In fact, it's one of the more slapstick of the Disney Afternoon cartoons.  But it's still good.

"Pemmy" on the podcast has been my for real life in person friend for over 20 years and lives in the same area I do.  I'm friends with the others as well, but I've only ever known them online.

 I like their voices. I think they could do a cartoon themselves. The theme tune is catchy as well.

Yeah I think it's cool they have a theme song.  I wonder how they did that?  I wish my podcast had a theme song!

Each member of their podcast has an animal alter ego to go along with them, just for fun I guess.  James is a raccoon, Pemmy is a dragon, and Krissy is a wolf.  The first podcast I was a guest on was for the Pac-Man cartoon, and they asked me what kind of animal I would like to be for it.  I really couldn't think of anything (what kind of animal do you think I would be?) but then I thought that since we were going to talk about the Pac-Man cartoon and I really like the ghost monsters, then I could be a ghost monster, too.  Pemmy said that was oddly fitting for me, and he even drew a picture of me as a ghost monster for the podcast.  You can see that picture here;

Oh cool. That ghost drawing is neat. I wonder if they are interested in doing a web comic with their animal characters. I think that would be cool.

That's a good idea, but Robbie is doing a web comic with his own characters right now, so I doubt he'd do another one at the same time.

Oh yeah, I remember now he mentioned it in one episode.

He's been doing web comics for as long as I've known him, and that's been over 20 years.
