So I guess I should I tell ya'll what I'm normally up to or what I've been into. Latley all I've been doing is Playing League of Legends with a few buddies of mine. This is honestly my first MOBA game i've ever played or touched. I never really have touched any strategy games period before this even on consoles. I didn't even own a PC of my own till 2005 so PC gaming for me has been on catch up for a few years which I haven't got to play anything I've wanted till last year when I finally went ahead and built a nice rig that should last me a few years.

This year should be a amazing year for RPGS to play on my PS3. I'm hyped and excited waiting on Final Fantasy X HD Collection and Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Collection to come out. I've pretty much no lifed those games already on the PS2 but now with trophy support it should give me some incentive to do it all over again. I haven't honestly cared for trophies after the last few years but playing hd remakes for good games gives me more of a incentive as i said to show that yes I have and can 100% this game again. Some other notable RPG'S coming out i'm excited for is Tales of Xillia, Dark Souls 2 and the remake for Final Fantasy XIV which once thats out i'm probably gonna say goodbye League of Legends till i get bored of XIV which I'm hoping I won't. Me and my buddies have been hyped for it and Sqaure Enix honestly as this point cant afford to fuck up this game again considering all the resources and development time they spent to just make it better so I have some faith overall this will do good, but since Final Fantasy XII there has been no good track record minus some side games in the series.

I wanted to bring this topic into some light which made me laugh out loud when I read it. On Twitter about a week or so go I saw some of the old 1up staff talking about Super Metroid getting released for the Wii U and with that one of them had a picture showing the page for the game on the Nintendo Channel ( I assume that is what its called but I'm not sure since I don't have a Wii U).

What is hilarious is how many people you can see are stuck on the first 5-10 mins of the game and It isn't just a few it is like a bunch which makes me sad for this newer generation of gaming who can't get through games with the help of a damn internet faq or walkthrough video anymore. I remember beating that game at the age of 7 with no guides or anything to help me, the gamers iq has gone down drammatically this generation and its due to stupid games holding your hand like Call of Duty which honestly is a on rails shooter but you get my point of having way markers and arrows saying "Go here you dumb idiot". It's just pathetic to me overall that people won;t use their head to do something considering that game is probably one of the best games on the system period but enough about that rant.

Last but not least I could talk about the Xbox One but lets face it. You know how bad it was/gonna be, I know how bad it was/gonna be and there is no need to even argue about this. Stick with your PS4 and PC if you want to keep gaming strong with a focus on what most of you are originally buying or wanting which is to game and play exclusives and series that blow you away and not play something that is gonna be generic or have a casual focus for teenagers and casual adults who want to be lazy and use apps all day on their tv's. Not that some casual games are bad but we all know what Kinects, Wii's and Playstation Moves main focus for most games was and it's frankly not for me. I'll be getting the PS4 when it comes out but I doubt i'll be getting any games for it right away. I'll be too busy with Dark Souls 2 and Final Fantasy XIV to honestly care at the time even if it's new ips and features.

Dark Souls 1 was probably the best RPG this generation I have played and If you haven't played it shame on you. I doubt Dark Souls 2 will surpass 1 but if there is some way in this universe it does then Dark Souls 2 will be something special and out of this world and not seen for many years for games cause lets face it, most sequels this gen have not lived up to the hyped or even took things to a whole new level of epic, the only series that comes to mind that wowed me from the 1st game to the 2nd was Assassins Creed 2. Anyways i'll hopefully be back with a better update :)
