Gamertag to Face

Better late than never.

My real name is Dave and I'm 36 years old.  Here's a pic of me and my sis from '81.  I love the devious stare I give to my sis's doll, like I want to blast it with my toy gun.

Here's a pic of my friend Joe and I playing SNES sometime around '93.  I'm on the right.  If it wasn't for Joe, I might not be the gamer I am today.  He showed me how great the SNES was during a time when I was losing interest in gaming.

And now a pic of me and my GF, taken in '02.  We've been together 12 years.  Sadly, we are about to part ways, amicably.  It's a main reason why I haven't gamed that much lately, I'm just too darned depressed over it to do so.

And here's a more recent pic, from January of 2013, taken in Freeport, The Bahamas, our last hurrah before the economy and poor employment conditions force us apart.  Sadness.  Cry

sorry to hear about your and your girlfriend.  relationships are tough, and the world doesn't make it any easier.

Is your arm broken in that pic of u as a kid?

Sorry about the split. I know how the economy goes. Oy.

Cool pictures though. You do look devious in that first one. lol And the one involving SNES kind of looks like it could be part of that Donky Kong Country promo VHS from back then.

Thank you very much.  Some days are better than others.  You're right about the loneliness.  My gf just got a new job, a good one, ironically, so I know she'll do well.  Now I gotta get my ducks in a row.  Patience is the key.  There's stepping out of a comfort zone, then there's having that comfort zone completely obliterated, which is what I'm dealing with.

No question about it, that comfort zones nice and thats a big part if the hurt cause if your like me you were dependent in her somewhat and when your by yourself you think to much go hang with freinds check out some dsting sites not to date but to lift your self estee . It helps trust me.

Is that a real guitar in that first pic? Back in our days we played real guitars and not plastic toys with buttons pretending to be guitars.

Ha, yes, it's a Peavey Flying-V.  Not mine, but my friend's.

m/ Awesome m/ . My wife is from Wilmington and we head up there a couple times a year for to stay with her grandparents and go to Fort Fisher and the Battleship. Nice to put a Tag to a Face.

Wilmington is where my gf's new job is located, at Beau Rivage Golf Course.  Haven't had a chance to see it yet, but I hear it's nice.  I like this area a lot.  The climate is great.  Who knows, I might move back someday.  It will always be my second home.

Personally my man I appreciate the three musketeers hair and beard combo in the 02 pic!
