Capcoms: Deep Down ( is it really Dragons Dogma 2 )

So Capcom showed there new next gen game called Deep Down ( whats Capcoms obssession with the letter D in there games ) at the unveiling of the PS4, now two questions comes to mind, will it be on the Xbox One and is this really Dragons Dogma 2, now i do know that since Capcom released Dark Arisen that in a buissness sense they wouldnt say it is cause lets face it there trying to sell DA and to anounonce Dragons Dogma 2 they wouldnt sell DA.

So anyway so far Deep Down has only been announced for PS4 but im willing to bet it will be on the new Xbox One as well, why? you may ask, well look at Capcoms recent form and tell me how many single format console titles you see. Exactly the last two were Wii exclusives,and both sold appallingly.

And another thing about this game thst was interesting was at the end of the reveal trailer where Blanka sends Ono a message requesting help on a boss in the form of weapons and items would seem to imply that you wont be able to jump into other pkayers games to help out directly. And i hope thats not the case so in my opinion i do beleive were looking at Dragons Dogma 2.

While Im not gonna say it wont get a xbox one release they made it aound very ps4 exclusive on the sony site for the ps4. It might jsut be me but thats how it came off. Deep Down very well could be a sequel to Dragons Dogma, I got a DA vibe from it at the start but Im jsut gonna wait and see what they do. Game News is now making me sick so I cant look at it anymore about Next gen stuff :(

Lol thats why im concentrating on games, and being that if in fact this is the new DD its gonna be hard to say no to a next gen system.

I think this could very well be a sequel to Dragon's Dogma. I hope that maybe "jump in/jump out co-op" is an option too. (Despite the Ono/Blanka message suggesting otherwise)

All that said, I will not be turning to "next gen" for quite awhile. I iz cheap! lol.

Kids can munch through food like noone's business. lol. Er, at least I did when I was one. I'm assuming by piranhas you meant offspring but if you really have pet piranhas that's cool too,heh! Tongue Out

What gives it away as a possible sequel or spiritual succesor like Dark Souls was to Demon's Douls, is the use of torches and they also showed a party of characters that could be your pawns. It was speculated that you could have a friend drop in to your game mid game like the way you could add or drop pawns whenever you liked. It wouldn't be too difficult to do this, they are the devs for Monster Hunter after all.

Yea i am interested to see how the pawn system fits in if this is in fact DD2.
