So as you all know i usually only post blogson games, but i am a drummer of 40 years been playing since age 7 so being that i do love music and im very versatile so anyway heres what im listening to.

Firt off its Coldplay-Paradise

Fourth off its Disturbed-Down with the Sickness

Third off Lighting Crashes

Second is Celtic Woman- Sail Away

See i said versatile but enjoy lol.

As you might have guessed,I love Celtic Woman! My wife and I saw them live at the BOK Center here a few years ago. It was fantastic,highly enjoyable show. They are singing one of my favorite Enya songs there,too. I always like that song by Live. That entire album was amazing. Coldplay is just astounding they are so good. And the Disturbed song is my favorite one by them. No one has ever totally duplicated their sound,but many have tried to.

I'm a big fan of all of these. Thought I hadn't heard that particular Celtic Woman song until the chorus came in, but I love that one too.

Disturbed's song has a great drum intro, simple too I hear (I dabbled in drums in middle school a bit actually, but played mostly exercises; my friend learned "Sickness" though, said it was easy), so I see why you as a drummer would like it.

When I was a DJ for KSAU my friend and I would put that Coldplay song in rotation all the time. I called him once to request it, and he already had it coming up! lol

"Lightning Crashes" is just such a great song, and growing up in the 90s, it was inescapable. Still gets heavy rotation on alternative radio now. Might just have to learn it on guitar today, perfect weather for it what with the thunderstorming and rain.

yea Disturbed is easy its mainly double bass rips and the actual timing is simple i love the song, and Celtic Woman she is awesome love Sail Away and Coldplay Paradise saw them in concert very good concert, and i was really down with lighting crashes by live it came out with the Cure the cult she sells sanctuary one of my favorites, Nine Inch Nails really liked down in it that was an awesome time in my life.
