The update side of my blog might seem kind of dead next gen wise. Im honestly sick of reading and looking at anything about the next gen systems. Its a constant swing back and forth and quite honestly its making me sick. I mean, literally making me sick. I feel like puking up each time more BS pops up. I jsut want E3 to get here so everything will come to light about the systems and I can finally stop seeing rumors and other BS about them. I however did read 2 interesting things that I can share and not feel sick. Apparently and while it is not a fact or anything a lot of price analyst*I think thats the name used for them* See to think that while Xbox 1 will be at least 400 and over they seem to predict the PS4 will have 1 model price at 350. I know that you cant trust this sort of thing right off but I kind of hope the PS4 does start at 350. I know, Im prolly dreaming but its nice to think about.  The second bit of new is the Wii U Basic model is possiably being discontinued. It might only be Gamestop doing away with the basic model but everyone seems to be speculating that during E3 Nintendo will announce another model price set to go along side the deluxe. Maybe a White Deluxe set? Idk, but when I read about it I was a lil shocked. If they truely are doing away with the Basic they might just drag down sales more for the Wii U. The Basic is the cheapest price set and sometimes, especially in todays time go for the cheapest verison of things. If the Wii U will build a bigger game library the sales would increase for it. Im hopeing with E3 Nintendo will do just that.

I have had a few recent buys

I rebought Resistance and have been playing back through it. I have already beat all 3 games but I love them. There a great exclusive series to the PS3 that are worth picking up. Nathan Hale and Joseph Capelli are great protagonist of the series and while Joseph only got to be the main guy in Resistance 3 I really like how they did his character.

After Lee posted his blog on KOAR I had to re buy it. I jsut had to. I missed this game so much, its so massive and has sooo much to do. The last time I had played it I was working on the second DLC and I still had a lot to do on it. Im excited to restart on it and experiance it again!

One of my friends kept bugging me and bugging me to give this game a try so I finally bought it. They said I would highly enjoy it and Im hopeing I do. With how much they seemed to push for me to buy it you would think it was the greatest game ever!

I also bought No More Heros and Fallout 3 but I bought them for my Bf to have. He didnt want me spending my money on them, but he wanted them and he constantly spends his money to take care of me when we spend time together so its only fair. Yes, Im spoiling him, lol!

Any recent buys for any of yall? Any exciting news? I hope everyone is doing good!

I doubt the PS4 will start at 350 but who knows? Nice buys! Fallout 3 was great. So was the first Resistance. I recently bought the third. I have yet to play it other than a few minutes. Seems pretty cool so far.

I think you will really like Resistance 3. I loved it for the story alone and you see Joseph change during his journey. I hope to read your review for it once you finish it. I plan to re beat all 3 and review each one.

I saw the speculated prices for the newer consoles and they seem reasonable to me. Of course though, they're only speculations....

I've been keeping my eye on the Resistance series too. I'm building up my PS3 library right now, and I saw the Resistance series in a box set. It's tempting, but for now I'm just trying to wait it out and maybe get it at a better price (Not that $40 is too much, I'm just a cheapskate.. lol!).

I loved Kane and Lynch. My only problem with it was the split screen being verticle as opposed to a horizontal split. Regardless though, the Multiplayer was a LOT of fun! Definitely try it out if you get the chance!

I dont know if you shop at Gamestop but they have each Resistance title used and buying them each separately is below 40. Of course if you plan to play them online then I understand buying them new because if I remember correctly they all have passes. Kane and Lynch ill prolly solo for the most part unless me and the bf play it together through the story. So Im not to worried about how it does multiplayer wise but thank you for heads up on that!

I know I cant believe speculation prices but Im gonna hope the PS4 isnt too much.

Even if it is released at $350, i'm still going to wait for the list of games to grow. It would certainly be a brave move on Sony's part. I'm thinking we see two models: one at 399.99 & one at 499.99. Surely they learned from the PS3 that most people won't pay north of $500 for a games console...

Im still buying on launch, Ive been waiting for this for the last 2 years now. Ive hoped next gen would come and now that it here I still feel a lil ugh about it but Im still excited no less. There will be enough games to keep me busy and not to mention Ill still have my ps3 so Ill be playing on that too.

Oh man, Resistance has been sitting in my collection for years. I've played some of it but not all and I still need to pick up 2 and 3.

I want to get into Kane and Lynch to play some co-op with a buddy of mine. I think I have Dead Men in my collection.

You need to play it good sir, lol! The series is def worth playing through. I have start Kane and Lynch yet but I feel it will be one of those games I sit down and try to finish in one sitting.

Fallout 3 and NMH are great games. I loved exploring in FO3, especially the DC area, though what I didn't like were the glitches. But you can have a blast with it if you can get past the bugs.

Fallout 3 is a good game, I jsut suck at it. My bf is way better then I am which of course makes it more enjoyable. I seemed to die a lot and felt lost a lot on what I was trying to accomplish.

I felt like that at first, and I always died because I was lower leveled, but I can pass off a tip to you: use a melee weapon and spam the shit out of it, it worked for me till I was in a level high enough to fight on my own. Plus, once the game clicks with you, that's when you'll start to enjoy it. Took me a while but once it clicked with me, I was hooked.

Ill try that and give the game another shot, I hope it works that way for me to. Thank you!

No matter what price they open with I'm still going to sit back on this one for a while, It'll be some time before I invest in either/ or they seem to be gambling a lot on these and I think big changes to set up will be ade even after release as they gauge the reactions of consumers. Good call on Fall out 3 too, classic title!

I dont blame ya, I think i might be one of the very few early adopters on the ps4 here on pixlbit which is fine. I know what risk Im taking but im willing to take it. So far I did good because the Bf is enjoying it so I def feel accomplished at the moment. Gonna see about re buying a copy for me on the ps3.
