pretty impressive, man. I could use a man cave myself, things are getting a little cramped in here. I don't have as many games though, but I would love to put all my old games like Sega Genesis and stuff up on a shelf, that would be awesome. right now they are in the closet.
So I decided I wanted to do some renovations....

So I finally decided to get my stuff out of the spare room and turn it into a play room for my Coopa. But in order to get my stuff out, I had to do a bit of renovating to my Man Cave in regards to storage. It turned out really well, so I decided to share it with you all (Plus, you get a sneak peek into where I normally play games!).
So enjoy my mad skillz! Lol
I had this crappy old wooden ladder laying out back in my 'To Be Burned' pile, and after I looked at it for a while, I figured I would spare it from it's cruel fate and make it into something useful!
Gimme a Fuck Yea for power tools!
I measured out some areas and I cut sections to fit (Rough dimensions, I wasn't shooting for perfection!). Afterward I primed this bitch up and went out to buy some more paint! Notice the spacers underneath each section? Those will come into play later....
I ultimately decided on a deep Red color to match the trim in my Man Cave. After 3 coats and some touch ups (Red is an AWFUL color to paint evenly), they are finally ready to roll!
I mounted these up with four 6-inch screws (One in each corner). The Spacers I mentioned before were used to give me a little more space between the wall and the Shelving Ladder so shit wouldn't fall off. In total, I had about a 3 inch lip (2 inch ladder + 1 inch spacer) to store shit.
As you can see though, the 3 inches were more than enough to store my games on! This is more or less the 'finished' outcome. I still have some stuff to move around and organize, but I think it turned out pretty well! And as for that black thing on the wall to the left? That was a custom beer-bottle opened my buddy made for me in a Boondock Saints theme!
Here is the other unit I made. It mostly contains the overflow of my NES/SNES/N64 games. And yes, those are Boondock Saints action figures (They're not dolls dammit!) in their packages below!
So yeah, that was my recent reno job. It took me a couple of days since I had to constantly paint and repaint (Fuck you Red-Color!), but I think it turned out pretty nicely. Now I have a nice and big space in the spare room to convert into a play room for my son.
Hope you enjoyed this little blurb of mine, lol.
