According to eurogamer a lawsuit on the illegal use of the unreal engine has ordered all copys of Too Human to be pulled off stote shelves and destroyed and is to be removed from xbox live market place and according to this article the price is expected to skyrocket in the aftermath the funny thing is i bought my copy today not knowing anything about this lawsuit. But if you read the above link you will see for yourself cause i paid $3 for mine.
I was tempted by this game a long while back... but with everything that I have heard, or read about silicon knights over the years, I am somewhat glad that I did not.
That being said, I do love norse mythology and their take on it did sound quite interesting.
$3 at Gamestop you really cant go wrong abd i played it some tonight it reminded me of Diablo and has a very good loot system snd in depth character creation abd development, and the fact there pulling them off shelves raising the value is even better.
That sucks, however I'm glad Eternal Darkness does not appear to have been implicated in that lawsuit.
Yes, buy this game. Then play it and listen to Backloggers Anonymous: Too Human. /shameless plug
Its so funny cause i read a while ago a big article you guys wrote on this game and thought for three bucks i will give it a shot so on a whim i picked it up then found this article on the lawsuit lol now another game thats in my 100+ backlogg lol. But thats ok cause right now im so involved in KoToR and having so much fun im not really studying to many games at present time lol!!!
Wow... Even for tree dollars I wouldn't endure this game again...

Yep, it's been banned for a while but you can still pick it up used.
If I find a new copy, I'll pick one up. Not much for used games, but sad that those games are going to get detroyed.
I actually grab a copy of this recently too. That court order went out a while ago though (as you can see by the date of that article) and I'm not sure it's had that much effect. Too Human seems a little rare (from my own observations at least) but I see X-Men: Destiny all the time and that is supposed to suffer the same fate.
Yea it seems that only new games and the online versions are the only ones to get pulled, but im sure when there old games get bought out.
