Microsoft are Idiots

Well we all know what happened on the 6th, Xbox released even MORE info with how there XB1 actually works and needless to say "F***'em!" I;ve been all over expressing my dismay and i'm just tired of it all, eurogamer has one of the best written piece on the subject [here], they even tried exsolving themselves of responsibilities of some of the restrictions by putting it in the Publishers--who are sooooooooooo trust worthys hands, they won't try and pull what they can, right?Undecided.

Some of there ideas are illeagal in Europe and all it comes down to is that the XB1 is a glorified desktop PC with fewer features and less freedom and more expensive.

I won't say anymore but i thought these 2 blokes put the situation into perspective.

You ever here that saying about "When America sneezes, Britain catches a cold?" Well if XB1 prove successfull other console devs will follow suit. Gawd i hope not with this glorified rental system.

Killer is Happy, x4

Man I hope this ends up on the Wii U

This is V saying "Vote with your wallet!"

I don't hear that phrase about America often, but I worry about Sony catching a cold from Microsoft too, so to speak.

Killer is Dead looks cool.

I wonder if after all that ranting those guys go through with NOT buying the new box. They are rightfully mad though, but maybe they should write letters to Microsoft instead.

we all should but after 2 weeks of negative feedback and no changes since (no real one anyway) i couldn't see the point.

I plan to vote with my wallet.  I also let my XBL gold account lapse, because I was so pissed with MS.  I'm not getting XBL gold again.  Sadly, my 3yr old son got a hold of my 360 controller and bought 3 more months of gold.  Now after those 3 months are over, I'm done with MS's service.

Those darn kidsWink

But yeah, it's a sorry state of affairs that console gaming has come to this, i've got some hope for Sony but as things turn out it is unclear whetger or not they'll replicate MS as they never went into as much detail on the media arse-licking.

E3 is just around the corner so we'll see once and for all what will be.

Every single thing has been said about the Xbone (hehe), so i'll just add that I should look at the bright side; atleast Microsoft now made me want to get a Wii U.

In the end I was shocked to see such a responce against the X1. We all saw this coming with what MS tried to do with the Xbox 360 along with some demands of gamers with more flexablitiy in gamertag access.

I guess they went too far in trying what they did with the X1. Love the rants though, they were entertaining. Perhaps I should've done that when it comes to Online Pass titles. If Killer is Dead shows up on Wii U, I'd see in getting the system.

they really ripped into M$'s BS, the U-Turn still doesn't fill me with confidence and the fact they took away what was considered a good idea like the "family sharing" (except the hour limit) plus being more expensive isn't going to help IMO. The offered far too many restrictions for their ideas to be viable right now. Hubris I SAY!

Killer is dead looks to have a similar tone to Killer 7 is some respect (kinda looks like it too) I hope they do treat the Nintendo fans with this, they are in dire need of 3rd party support.
