I started playing more of my 360. I am enjoying State of Decay. I think its a pretty cool game and a great zombie title. A type of game centered around zombies that should have been out long ago. I can see great zombie games learning from State of Decay. The other game is Metal Gear Revengeance. I had it since it came out and just recently started playing it. I love it. The game is awesome. Platinum truly knows how to give us great action titles. There is another particular action title I am extremely excited about and that is Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z. It looks awesome and better than I expected. Here is my early impressions on some games...
Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z- The new trailer looked incredible and fun. It looks and sounds similiar to Samurai Champoo. This game has skyrocked high on my list now.
Daylight- I was intruiged by this game but it was coming on the PC and was thinking I would be missing out. Its coming to the PS4 now. I am excited to give this a shot. The first game unveiled using Unreal 4 and its a downloadable title meaning it shouldn't have a 60 dollar price tag. Many wins!
Wolfenstein: The New Order- This game looks gorgeous. I would expect some crazy chaotic fights. I am more interested in this title now.
Hatsune Miku: Projec Diva F- This game coming to the States is pretty impressive. It would be odd if it comes and Yakuza 5 still doesn't. I have the Vita version of Project Diva. Its a fun and great game. I don't if I will be able to get it. I am getting bombarded with too many games to get this holiday season with two new consoles. I beg it has a price tag of 39.99.
Titanfall- This is the cover as leaked being on the next Game Informer. You always need to be connected to play this game. I am wondering how that will play out. I think it has an interesting premise and excited to learn more. Its hard for me seeing it go wrong having the two members responsible for a lot of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare success behind the helm.
Call of Duty: Ghosts- I skipped playing the last but have it. I am still not convinced with this one. There is two things I want, a new engine and different A.I. The component with the dog is unique and great for new gameplay ideas. That is changing things up regardless how many haters will say its more of the same.
Murdered: Soul Suspect- I should be more interested in this game since its a new IP. That is pretty odd recently with Square Enix. It just doesn't grab me for some reason. I have to see more of it. It is pretty creative though and will keep my eye on it still.
Fantasia: Music Evolved- A Kinect game. Now there has been nothing I have been interested in with Kinect since Child of Eden. It is still the same. I don't care much for this but I believe its something to play in order to get a feel if I would like it or not.
Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain- Really? They had to get Keither Sutherland as Solid Snake? I feel like its just cashing in on a known name. I understand what Hideo Kojima said but I think its still pointless, especially since Japan is still going to have the same voice actor. Stupid and unneccessary. Well, I still expect the game to be badass.
That is all from me. I am excited for tomorrow. Tomorrow! I seriously want a price on the PS4 and Xbox One. That is the biggest thing I want to hear about. We might not find out. We will just have to wait and see. I have to see Man of Steel and theaters and excited to get The Last of Us! Also to defend Microsoft, there is one thing that people shouldn't be mislead about. Its that Microsoft's intention was always to be a all-in-one box since they entered the market. I hope and am excited for what they have to show at E3 but needing to be always online, it won't get any multi-platform titles. It would make no sense if I needed to be always connected.
Take care everyone and will be back with another blog with E3 Impressions!!!
