Mac Pro is Round!
I watched the Apple Keynote while MS Conference was going on, I'm a multitasker, and the most revealing thing was this new design for the Mac Pro Desktop computer. Yes, that trash can looking thing up there is the new Mac Pro! I own a macbook pro, iphone, ipad so the keynote interested me more than say the MS conference.

iOS7 Is Flat!

I don't know. I don't like the new interface design for iOS7. The buttons are flat and so is the overall design of the interface. It looks more like Zune or an Android phone. I'm sure Apple knows what they are doing and maybe it will make using the device more intuitive, but I liked the unique glass button design. I do think that the overall design of their desktop ( pictured up top) is very daring, but there was no new info about Apples next new iphone or ipad. Maybe later this year? Interesting keynote overall. Oh, and iTunes radio is new. Also a male voice siri?

That sickens me that after winning that bogus lawsuit against Samsung (the details of that case make it clear the head juror skipped over evidence and the jurors were not tech savvy enough to be deciding the case fairly; hence why they didn't, and why I think Apple deserved the trucks full of pennies prank Samsung pulled) they are coming out with such a similar looking layout to that of the Galaxy phones.

That desktop is very interesting though; now that's actually innovative. I'd be interested in the details of how that works. I think I'll be using Spotify and other "radio" programs unless iTunes radio is somehow really different, which I doubt. It could win me over though. Siri in general is a neat gimmick, but don't really care about it.

I'll admit though, Android can be frustratingly buggy (my LG Optimus V's is, anyway), so I might consider switching to iPhone. We'll see, though.

Yeah. It does look a bit like a Windows phone, which is meh. I would have liked to see a new model of iphone or that rumored watch they were working on. Trash can desktop is interesting, but it looks like a trash can. Mac-in-trash became a reality. Siri is supposed to be better, but you know sales pitches. I was considering going with an Android phone, but we'll see how well the new iOS7 will be. It's not out yet. Bit of a let down with the news. I don't know maybe techie reviews will convince me otherwise.

I am considering upgrading to a Galaxy phone myself, but I'm not entirely opposed to buying an Apple product if I can get what I pay for. Some things they've done recently don't attract them to me, though.

And yeah, it looks like a trash can, but I'm interested why they did that, nonetheless.

Hey I'm a member of the iDevice Trifecta (Macbook Pro, iPad,iPhone...and I also walk around with an iPod Touch) too. Overall I did like what was announced for iOS7. I'm still hoping they'll make Siri sound like the Star Trek TNG computer, but I'll settle for Siri doing more...for now.

As for the other features, they're cool, but nothing really new. I can't wait to give iOS7 a run on my phone. iOS6 overall has been good to me, and hopefully it will continue with iOS7
