You heard correct Microsoft must be trying to make up for all there crap. Anyway Fable III is free for digital download on Xbox live marketplace so get it before they end this deal.

like Joe said free is free and depending on what you liked in Fable 1 & 2 Is whether or not its the worst i liked it better then 1 but not 2 but it wasnt bad, i think its cool at the end when you run the kingdom.
I liked it. It was more actiony and streamlined from 2, which felt more like a true hardcore RPG. It was good though.
Worst or not, free is free. Too bad I don't have a 360 or a Live account. Those two things I'd actually like. lol

Well, cool. The middling response to this game kept me away, even though Fable II was one of my favorite gaming experiences. Might as well fill up my hard drive.
I don't see it in the marketplace... I'm probably missing something.

I bought the game 2 weeks ago go figure lol!!!
They are doing 2 free games a month for Gold members. For how long, I don't know. But I'm going to check it out every week. I have Fable III already, but there maybe some others down the road.
I just got a new Gold card yesterday. I wondered what sort of games they were giving away. I better go download this before I go to sleep....sounds good!
Remember they dont update xbox live till tesday so it may not be out till tomorrow.
