Ben talks about house chores and umbrellas!

Eventually I'm going to start posting some "actual blogs" again. It's just lately I've been caught up in Rpgmaker vx ace and doing actual house-work so visitors will actual think I'm a homosapien instead of being a neanderthal!

I've thought of pixlbit a lot and the only suggestion I'd like to throw in is having the ability to edit posts. Yes, we can edit blogs but I've yet to see an "edit post" feature. However, if this would be a pain in the ass to implement I can simply be less lazy and double check my responses before I post them. Really, it's no big deal. I'm being petty and slacker-ish! If I had it my way a talented obscure ghost writer would post awesome blogs for me while I lounged around in a pool atop a blow-up dragon, drinking soda from one of those trendy umbrella glasses!

"Scary,bro!"

Speaking of Umbrella, what a lousy name for global villainy! Is anyone actually intimidated by an umbrella? Umbrellas keep us dry. Oh, the horror! (sarcasm)

I would have named my business "Zombie solutions co. " or "Pharmaceutical death cult". Those are names that create fear and respect RIGHT AWAY! Sadly, my lack of subtlety always ends in defeat. I'm the type of bad guy who lives within a mountain base that incidentally has my likeness carved into its' cliff face! I thought it was a good idea until the FBI and CIA raided my humble lair. They even took my lazy boy recliner. Bummer!

to edit a comment, you just doubleclick on it.  then the edit window comes up.  I know -- it's kind of like an arcane secret.  :)

My ghost writer has been doing a great job lately.  I'm just been hanging out with models, drinking pepsi, and snorting Viagra while my ghost writer puts out a ton of new blogs. IT's been great!

Damn it Matt, I feel stupid now! Thanks though. lol.

I think that's one of their plans, to make that a little more obvious.  Actually, once you start doing it, it is pretty easy.

Ya gotta look for the fine print, bro, lol!

Woah, fine print. Devious yet effective,bro-dette! Time to be more observant! (Er, for me that IS a challenge!)

We'll be happy to laugh and point things out to you.

Do you have any sharks with laser beams attached to their heads in your mountain base Ben? I wouldn't mind having a base of my own. Sometimes I wish I could live in the mountains and grow an epic beard. I don't know what that has to do with your blog though lol.

Epic beards eventually buff your absorb rating, Aaron! One of my henchmen could deflect bullets with his facial hair. Sadly, while feeding the shark frogs there was an "accident". That's right, you read correctly. Shark frogs!

my beard is getting pretty epic, but it's got problems: sometimes I get food stuck in it and don't notice for a while.  ;)

I promised my mom I would shave for her birthday.

But a beard that collects food can save you from starvation later,Matt! Sadly my beard is kind of sad. All it does is give me a 5 o'clock shadow. lol.

We really need to start working on RE6 again. It's been a week, but I feel the controller layout slipping my mind already.. The right trigger runs right? No....? Dammit!

BrokenH

I suck at giving people controller instructions, Chris. lol. But yeah, it's been awhile. I personally thought we did well until the "flooding submarine" part. We probably would have gotten it "perfect" without any deaths if we hadn't pmed each other. lol. Geh, I need to get a new headset eventually.

Agreed. I was using an old Cell Phone Headset (Meh.. It works.. lol). My dog ate both mine and my Wife's headset, so now I'm stuck with an annoying and painful device for communicating.

Considering the lack of verbal communication, we were kicking ass & taking names!

RPG Maker VX Ace - Is it any good? I remember a few years back experimenting with another version of RPG Maker and just flipping the keyboard and cursing the heavens at my inability to work it out. Then I'm like that with most software, if I'm not passionate about it, I lack the patience to work out it's kinks.

Rpgmaker vx ace is very good, Townz. It has many options the previous makers were lacking though I wish its' "base combat module" was more engaging. Battles play out like old-school Dragonquest. However since rpgs are mainly about the story anyway it is forgivable.

Priorities man, there's nothing wrong with that.

True that! I wish life could be martinis and sunshine but sometimes we gotta break out the big-boy pants! (To me that means mopping the floor, taking out the garbage, and doing the dishes. I roll epic like that!)

Ranger1

Come do my dishes, please?

Only for a slice of pizza and a pepsi!

house chores....when i was kid and i had to clean my room..id snap my fingers like mary poppins and hope my room would clean itself up.....it never happened...but in few years time i'll be able to take my baby into my room, snap my fingers and watch my room get cleaned without having to do anything....... and thats something im looking forward too..lmao

Mary Poppins makes it look so easy. The truth of chores is uglier, dirtier, and smellier!

Oddly enough,I just had to buy a new umbrella.  It has been about 10 years since I bought one.  But I was out for a run a week ago and met a thunderstorm.  It destroyed my umbrella (a heavy duty golf one).  Also, it is tax season.  So my house is a disaster, as I have no free time.  At least none that I want to spend cleaning.  It is pretty much a dump until April 16th unless 1. My parents come in town or 2. I can convince a hot chick to come over.

My property manager is constantly freaking out. On the plus side, that's really straightened me out and made me less of a slob. On the negative side, NOTHING makes that woman happy. I dread my next inspection! Sorry your umbrella got shredded by the cruel mistress that is nature. Damn her!

can't say I know the pain of loosing a La-z-Boy recliner, was it one of those ones with a cooler built into the arm? If you hadn't seen such riches Ben!

BrokenH

02/27/2013 at 04:56 PM

Yes, it had a cooler arm. Those bastards will pay for taking my precious!

I will hit you with my umbrella! It may be pink and covered with Hello Kitty, but I'll bet it leaves a mark! Crazy Japanese stuff sometimes.....Raccoon City? That's the best they could think of? Weird and wacky.
