Calling all Steam players!

Just curious to know if there are any active Steam players on here? The last call out only brought out a few people. I've been wanting to play Left 4 Dead or any other coop game with Pixlbit, so let's try it again. It's been a few months since this type of post. I'm not expecting to see a response at all. LOL!

As for Steam games, if you are playing them, what are you playing lately? I would like some suggestions from Pixlbit. The last game I bought which was really great was Van Helsing, also Stealth Bastard is really great. I'm just waiting on Steam summer sale, so I'm holding back. Would be nice if we all bought a couple of coop games during steam sale so we can all share some play time together.

Well, I haven't used Steam in a while, but I'll try to get back to it. I think the only co-op game I have (or close) is Team Fortress 2.

Your Steam name "sharky" makes me think of ex-1UP's Scott Sharkey. I miss his snarkiness. Oh yea... about Steam. I'm hoping to get some of my old computers up and running just so I can do Steam and GoodOldGames and such. I try and keep games off my laptop. Too distracting.

I'll add you on steam.  I think my name is "ionhaf" or just "matt.snee" or something.

I'm a little burned out on Left 4 Dead, but I'd be open to other game suggestions.

I use steam! I haven't been plaing many games on there lately, although I'd love a game of CS:GO if you're up for it. I've mainly been playing LoL and BF3 (Because I bought a dolby 7.1 surround sound headset and BF3 has the best sound in a game ever).

I have a 7.1 headset!  I'm going to have to try out BF3, but I don't know if my computer can handle it.

If you play it on low you should, that game is extremely well optimised and can run on a lot of laptops at low settings. If you turn post processing, Ambient Occlusion, and Antialiasing off most games are pretty easy to run. Oh and shadows, those fuckers will chew your cpu.

My personal PC sucks, so I'm not a Steam user. Sorry mate.

I have a Steam account but my PC can't run newer games, so mostly indie stuff that don't take much to run.

I recently got back into using Steam a bit. The only games I have are Team Fortress (who dosen't have it on Steam?) and Portal 2, so maybe we can do some co-op some day.

I only buy some indie titles on Steam. That is all and even then I am buying the retitled Stealth Bastard on the Vita. I just don't have a powerful enough pc to dedicate to it.

I couldn't add sharky or fishy because there were several profiles with that name... don't know who's who.

rbunting89 - I'm more than willing to play some Counter Strike (any of them pretty much, I've got all of them), Warframe (It's fun, and free!), Team Fortress 2, Rise of the Triad (When it releases, I have it preordered :P), Alien Swarm (oldie but goodie), Beat Hazard (if you have some Death metal lying around), Blacklight, UT3/2K4/GotY:Edition, Day of Defeat Source, or Quake 3 Arena. Or you can always message me on Steam and we can fire up ZDaemon independently of it and rip some Doom 2 online.

These are all good suggestions. One problem is we might not all own the same games, but it's OK because maybe you'll find at least one or two people that do. We should take votes and make lists. This should be fun!

My computer is currently crap, so I tend to stick to indie games on steam, or my console.

We support Indie and all PC games. There are some indie game multiplayer games like Monaco. You can still contribute to discussion about those indie games you play in our group forum if you would like. We're interested in all sorts of PC games impressions.
