Well hello all. Today I go for a job interveiw at a local resturant that my friend is part owner and exec-chef. I really need something to get me out of the house a few days a week. I hope I can do it, if it is back of the house I should be okay, because I have worked with a few of the people before. On other news I am going to try BF3 and hope I can play it with out issue. If anybody has it on the PS3 and wanted to do some onine let me know. Here goes the weekly update.
I am still playing The Last Of Us. I am trying to do all stealth and man that is hard for me.LOL. This game is so awesome.
Next I am reading.
So far a mermaid has been fucked up by a salior, because she drowned his son. That was just the prologue. It is about Mermaids, Magic and lost worlds.

BF3 is awesome online! I'd love to play with you but unfortunately I play on pc. I used to play on PS3, and it runs pretty well on that machine. I'd recommend getting B2k and aftermath dlc, because those maps are awesome! End game's bikes are pretty sweet too.
I really liked that Ghost B.C. track. Thanks for showing me!
I use to play BF2 on PC. I had fun with it.
Can't say much about The Last Of Us other than it looks brilliant! Prospero's children also seems neat. Aka, a dark twist to mythology. I would feel bad for the mermaid BUT she did drown the sailor's son. I assume the sailor is torturing her and that makes me feel a bit icky even if the sea wench deserves it. My question is, why was the son drowned in the first place? Was it a playful accident or are mermaids in this setting simply heartless evil bitches?

I downloaded BF3 too. I'd like to play but I don't have a headset. I might order a cheap one though, I would love to play it with other people.
I've been told that any USB headset will work with the PS3, so if you have one for your computer, you could probably use that.
hmmm. I believe I DO have one of those....

I've been attempting to take the stealthiest approach possible in The Last of Us, but it never works out for me. I usually enter a room with intentions of leaving without a scuffle, and instead i normally leave with considerably less ammo, lol

Back of the House, I miss those days a little bit. Luckily for me, I get to do it at home nearly every night.

So far the book is really good. Then again I am only on chapter 3.
Phil Anselmo is one intense individual. That was a good song there. And Serj Tankian really showing his range. That guy is a brilliant musician. As for The Last Of Us,the stealth parts were amazing. I'm not the greatest at stealth,but did pretty good. The listening ability helped a lot. Some people just go in without it or turn it off. Hats off to them!

What kind of position did you apply for? I go stir crazy sometimes being stuck in the house too. I wish I could help you out with BF3. I haven't played a Battlefield game since 1942 on PC. I thought it was fun, but didn't really put too much time into it.
Well, it was hey come up and see what I got.lol. I think I will be the prep cook. He asked if I want to work the line and I said na the Prep is fine. I am just trying to get out the house a few hours a week.

I just downloaded B3 last week! Yay PlayStation Plus! I don't always have much time in the evenings to play but that'd be cool if we could. I've actually never played a Battlefield game before.
I've never heard of Serj Tankian before but that ORCA song was amazing! Definitely gonna look up his other stuff.

I can understand stir crazy, so relieved to be called into work three days this week and do something useful that wasn't around the house. I'm a BOH kind of guy as well, I like to just work, but somehow I got used to dealing with plenty of people in my three years at Outback and three in Residence Life.
Didn't know Serj was doing classical now. I think I heard that before, but thought it was a joke, but it's really good! Dug the Ghost B.C. track as well, nice alternative feel, and the Phil Anselmo one was heavy, reminded me a bit of some Great Southern Trendkill tracks.
