The Testament of Sherlock Holmes: is a point and click adventure game, developed by Frogwares and published by Atlus.

The player takes the role of Sherlock Holmes for the majority of the game, though there are sections in which you control Watson Sherlocks side kick, most of the game involves exploring crime scenes and examining clues. An ability called the sith sense us available which will breifly highlight all the objects which can be interacted with in your feild of veiw, this ability must then be allowed to recharge before being used again. Once discovered clues are added to a deduction board which is a way to keep track of your progress.

If you like traditional point and click adventure games you like me will love this game, its very gruesome and some of the things like searching the open cavity of a dead body is very graphic and you have a first person veiw or a third person veiw you can switch on the fly and the game runs smooth and looks great and sounds just as good, this is an adult adventure game and im very excited to get into alot further and give you all a reveiw, but Gamespot gave it a 4 out of 5 so thats a very good score and a game im not sure to many of you all know about but for $18 used its worth it and on top of that its by Atlus.

I reviewed this a while back when it first came out.

If you have an iPad, there is a murder mystery game that I just finished revieweing called Layton Brothers: Mystery Room that I really enjoyed.  Yes, it stars Prof. Layton's son and it plays a lot like the Phoenix Wright games.

The only Sherlock Holmes game I ever played was the one that came with my Sega CD. Damn that thing was long.

Thanks for the tip man. I think i'd rather play this on the pc so I added it to my Steam wishlist and will wait on a hopeful sale. I really like the character of Sherlock Holmes and would no doubt enjoy this

I LOVE Sherlock Holmes, but I haven't played this yet.  I do own it though.  Just haven't had a chance to play it yet.

Looks like a fun interesting game. The only point and click game I can remember playing is Back To The Future but I never got far into the game.
