Bonjour, mes amis!

So, this week we have a little movie/game crossover, showcasing video games that have been turned into movies, and vice versa.

Also, if you haven't noticed my new little avatar thingie, you'll notice in the video that I am not wearing glasses! I'm not shooting blind, I just got contacts. Which is better because there is no longer a glare in the middle of my glasses.

Once again, suggestions are appreciated, comments are welcomed, if you haven't yet, go like our facebook page, pretty please :)

Is anyone on here from California, and going to SacAnime? Unrelated, I know.

I played GTA with beer goggles on once and it was a blast! I almost went and seen R.I.P.D. today... I'm glad I didn't now lol. And I'm really glad I didn't play the crappy game based off it. It sounds horrible. Has there ever been a game based off a movie that was actually good? Undecided

Some people liked the game, but I really didn't like it. I haven't seen the movie but it got horrible reviews. Haha. Ummm. I like the original Shrek game!

R.I.P.D. got good reviews from Homelessrook and my mom, so maybe it's a generational thing? I don't know.

I love Sands of Time the game. In that case, I never saw the movie as a betrayal (lots of people I know love it, I thought it was nothing special, but perfectly fine), so much as those "gritty" sequels. Pretty sure that worked though, I think those made more money. I hate people.

I actually loved the Prince of Persia movie. Haha. I love all the games  I don't know, I just really didn't like the game. Everything about it bothered me. Except for the swarm of enemies, but it got really old really fast

Oh, I don't know that they played the game (my mom certainly did not), but I was saying they liked the movie/thought it was funny.

And if I hadn't played Sands of Time first, I probably would have loved Warrior Within too, but I just wasn't a fan of going all "gritty," which felt out of place to me at the time. The gameplay wasn't bad though, I just liked the more "cinematic" combat in Sands.

No complaints from me on loving the movie though, it was a good movie, I just am not as enamored with it as some people I know, but I can see why they would be, so it's all good.

Remember I thought The Hobbit looked pretty cool when I was a kid. Especially since The Two Towers and Return of the King were pretty good. Glad I avoided it.
