Dishonoroed might be getting a GOTY edition which is excatly what I have been waiting for. It will of course include all the DLC with the main game. It isnt officially announced but apparently the Australian Classification Board has it listed and of course those who live in Australia will be getting a modified verison apparently. This is excatly what Ive waited for, Ive seen it advertised many a time for a cheap price but I have held out continously in hopes of this verison. I see it releaseing in October personally. Anyone else got a guess?

I rented this one on Gamefly and I really liked it. My only issue was a slightly tedious load time if you died. But I do like the GOTY editions, usually worth waiting for.

I hate waiting on GOTY editions but I find it super worth it. Im still waiting on Borderlands 2 to announce its GOTY one, Ill wait forever if I have too!!! lol!

In the case of Borderlands 2 there really could be a long wait. They have realeased the four campaigns that were part of the original season pass and have even dropped the price for it. But there is much more dlc on the way, another level cap raise along with what to me sounds like a circle of slaughter add on similar to the Underdome from the first game some time in the fall. There is also the uncomfirmed rumor of a possible future campaign set onthe Hyperion Moon Base.Since the GOTY's come out ususally a year from the original realease I figure we'll know for sure in October.

That timing makes sense. The final DLC comes out next week so after that settles a little, they can release the full package. You won't find a bigger Dishonored fan than me, so I'm glad that this version will pull some more people in.

Those are fighting words Travis, I'M a bigger Dishonored fan and I'm EVEN MORE excited that this version will bring new players in!

I give up, you're the biggest Dishonored fan I know lol. I'm doing my 2nd playthrough, and I haven't touched any of the DLC yet so I think I'd be willing to buy the complete edition to get all of it at once. I'd end up with a copy of the game I don't need but it'll be nice to support Arkane and Bethesda even more for their work on a game I really enjoy.

OK, OK, you're right, I'm not really number one. I'm top tier, though! Stoked for the rest of the DLC! I played the first mission at QuakeCon and it was great to be back in Dunwall.

No, you're number one in my book lol!

That's pretty cool. Did Dunwall look or feel any different aesthetically when you played that at Quakecon? I don't know what the new DLC is all about and what the premise is so I'm all ears.

Well, I reviewed the first story DLC (The Knife of Dunwall)*. I have a feeling the second one will be just about as good. You play as Daud which is fun. It is not on par with the full game by any means, but I still like it.

Since it's DLC you're going back to partially recycled locations and all of the little details in the world I love aren't as plentiful. It's still good and worth your time for sure.

*Looks like those images are lost... We had some problems and didn't get everything restored. I'll have to work on that one.

I wonder how pissed off Blake will be about a different Aussie version. On a related note, Outback Steakhouse is very close to my house. I used to work there even. They had a Joey menu.

Dishonored looks nice.

I figure he will be pissed but maybe use to it by now. A lot of games have gone that route for australia which sucks. I have been to the Outback steakhouse in forever. Its expensive!

And my favorite is one of the most expensive things on the menu. Blue Cheese Crusted Filet with Blue Cheese Wedge Salad and Aussie Fries. I wish I had my half-off discount still ... but I don't wish I was still working for $2.13/hour and potentially waiting on people who don't tip two hours past closing. So it's all relative. ... And that half off thing only covered burgers and Joey Menu items, or whatever was under $10 I think, so never mind.

I've been interested in the game for a while too but it seems like every Bethesda game get's a GOTY ED now, so hopefully it's actually a real thing.

A lot of games are getting that type of edition which is nice but can be a pain waiting on. I think you would like the game Captain N.

I'd pick this up. I let this slip past me first time round but at a price drop with all the DLC, Bethesda have themselves a deal

I previously owned it and loved it, it will be nice to have again. I figure the GOTY edition will most likely retail for 29.99 or 49.99.

I have two copies, 1 disc and one digital because I'm an idiot. I haven't played either.

I agree with the not buying crap part. The other part of that sentence is not negotiable. :P
