Nice laptop. I miss the one that fried, this one is such a step down, but it was free. I have those first two Genesis games, bought them new a long time ago. As for my week...long. Not bad, just long. Recovering from the stress I was under last week.
My week with pictures

Well the highlight of my week happened at work on Tuesday. First my four and a half month contract which was to end on August 30 looks like it's being extended, maybe for another year. (fingers crossed).
The one of the Supervisors came into my cube with this:
It's a Core i7 HP Spectre XT TouchSmart Ultrabook. i7 3517U, 8 Gigs of RAM expandable to 32. 128 GB SSD drive which isn't big but it boots up in a flash and I have a 320 GB in a USB 3.0 enclosure courtesy of my PS3 so I've got lots of space.
It has a full HD screen on it which is really nice and even though it's Windows 8 I have Classic Shell installed so when I don't want to use the touch screen I can just use it like Windows 7. Start menu and all. Classic Shell is highly recommended for those trying to navigate Windows 8 on a non touch device. It's on sourceforge.net.
What follows are my recent finds from Value Village. They've been cleaned and played and they all work brilliantly. I love finding stuff like this
Yes Sonic 3. I know it can be found on a million compilations but this is the original.
More games that can be found on comps but I couldn't resist.
It's got Pong on it!
This was in the box with my Pikachu N64. Since I paid 5 bucks for the whole box and sold the N64 for 50 is stands me less than nothing.
It's X-Men. Why does Cyclops fight with a stick? At least I think it's Cyclops.
This is Quackshot. Didn't know what it was until I cleaned and played. It had Donald on what is left of the label. How could I say no?
Oh I also found a brand new copy of Time Stalkers for the DC. Plastic wrapped and everything for $2.99
Anyway that's my week. Working from home tomorrow on my brand new laptop. How's your week going?
