Two quick things...

With the 3DS and its eshop I think that I will probably purchase a larger memory card, and just download the majority of the games that I want for it.  I think that this is the smarter move, because I will not have to deal with losing, or swapping out of the cartridges.  Also, I have yet to resell a single handheld game that I own so I think that it just makes sense.  I will make an exception for....

Etrian Odyssey Untold is available for pre-order at newegg.com.  You may ask, who cares about a pre-order?  Well, the pre-order is for 36.99 and there is a 10% off coupon that expires 8/28/2013.  This will drop the price to just over $33.  It may not be the greatest deal in the world, but you are going to get it early on, I highly doubt you could do much better.  Since it is an Atlus game it looks like it comes with the soundtrack and some artbook.

Always wanted to try Etrain Odyssey. If I get a 3DS someday it would probably be one of the first games I get.

the EO games are great buys.  Very worth the money.

I just switched out my 3DS memory SD card for a bigger one.  Didn't cost too much and was very easy.

The steps on nintendo's website sounded super easy.  As easy as sharing games on the PS4.

The remake of the first game with added cutscenes and a proper story mode along with the "classic" mode.

I'm going to preorder it next time I'm in GameStop. Which will be this weekend.

but... you can get $6.70 off when you pre-order it on newegg...  I may download the demo for IV this weekend and make sure that I will enjoy the game.

But then it'll get stolen when it comes to my mailbox. It sucks to be me.

I just picked up a 32 GB class 10 for 30 bucks which gives me lots of space. The retro stuff takes up next to nothing though. I'm not sure about the new full priced games because I haven't gone that route.

I am not sure about spending the full price, but I know that EO IV is currently 30 and Virtues Last Reward is 25.  If nintendo keeps up the awesome deals the $30 credit for buying both FEA and SMT IV I am sure that I will have reason enough to download regular games as well.

Just got Virtues Last Reward yesterday. I could not resist the discount.

Same here.  Saving 15 bucks compared to amazon makes it totally worth it.

I'm starting to think that way to toward my PSP when it comes to game swaps. though I have a carry case that can hold two UMD's I still find myself wondering how much more game I could get if I bought all my complication games onto the hard drive. Funny to since I never considered getting a PSP Go, if only because it was too small for my massively, long man hands.
