Today My BITSOFGORE, I have a newer film. CARVED The Slit-Mouthed Woman was released in 2007 by Tartan Asia Extreme.

Starting as a Urban legend about a town being terrorized by the spirit of a woman that was disfigured by a jealous husband ( Jealous Husband um, sound familiar Grudge anyone ). It was said she ( Her spirit ) would walk around with a surgical mask on looking for young children, when she found them she would pull her mask off and ask " Am I pretty". Fast forward, kids are beginning to disappear and people are worried.

There isn't a trailer so this will have to do.

If you went with creepiness alone, I give this Movie a 5 out of 5.

This one definitely seems creepy. is that a DVD there? Dammit, you're ruining my VHS buzz.

I looked to see if it was last night and it said it was not. It should be easy to find thought. The full movie is on Youtube just in case.

I'm kind of too afraid to watch. I've watched a lot of Asian horror movies (Ringu, The Eye, and another one I forget but it was the inspiration for Premonition) and they are great nightmare fuel to a scarey cat like me.

No problem. That is why I do it. I found what might be a little treasure of hilarity this week at 2nd and Charles. It will be up not next Friday but the Friday after. Next Friday is a old VHS favorite of mine.
