Im going to end up with both new consoles anyway, and I also love portables, iphone and PC so I don't know what that makes me? Because I love old JRPGS and iphone games, I am not hardcore? Only CoD and WoW players are hardcore these days. I'm just a collector I suppose? 3DS Rules them all this year anyway!

Ill prolly have both eventually myself and I have no clue what liking all that makes you, dont think you have a title! 3ds is kicking ass and taking names but once Toukiden releases Ill prolly get my 3ds exist,lol!

I know what it makes you... fricking awesome! If I asked you what console you liked, you would answer: both, plus PC, and phones. Right on! If I asked you what system ruled this year, you would say 3DS - a very correct opinion. So I name you Gamer of the Year. Congrats.

I didn't mention Pathfinder, Dungeons & Dragons tabletop or Magic gaming, but that's overkill!

When has it ever settled, though? It's simply a worse version of what happens on a regular basis anyway. It's never going to stop.

In fact, I expect it to get ten times worse once the games are actually out, and we start seeing proper reviews and sales figures. :/

I guess i never noticed it was that bad at times, I remember at the ps3 launch it ws horriable but settled more then usual once the console released. 

I agree with this and it actually getting worse following release. It's so annoying that every single games related topic on a forum ends up filtering down the fanboy rage also. People need to grow up a bit and not hide behind being anonymous. I swear, sometimes the internet just plain sucks

I'm never generally thrilled with new console launches myself.  I feel like most consoles could've had one or two more good years in them. 

I think the ps3 could have def had another year or 2. Im still excited though for the ps4  and ill of course still be keeping my ps3. It wont be going anywhere.

Yeah, it sucks because you may be a fan of something but you're grouped with the bad people of said fanbase and makes it look bad. Being a fan of Nintendo is hard enough when people from Nintendo do act like idiots. It's hard not being an ass but they group you with them if you're a good or bad person. I just deal with it, I mean who am I to go against popular opinion?

Im right there with you, Sony fans are acting like idiots and its making it difficult for the rest of us not to be looked at like were trolls or mean. I just got to remember to not look at comments or respond to idiots trying to start a fight.

I was just discussing this not too long ago with some friends. But I too am sick of the war between the fans right now. It started out fun, but now it's just kind of becoming stale.

itwas kind of fun, atleast with MS and Sony themselves lashing at each other but now its just become ridcilous. Its hard to comment or say anything on some sites without someone trying to start a fight  with you. I just wish it would end,lol!
