Today is the release of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD...digitally, anyway. Wind Waker is one of my favorite Zeldas, so even though I'm holding out for the physical release, I'm glad a whole new generation of fans will get to experience this masterpiece. What better way to celebrate the occasion than with a fan remix? "Pirates of Dragon Roost Isle" is one of the first remixes I listened to when I first found OCR and it still holds up today. Orchestral in nature and cinematic in style, this remix starts slow with flute and strings but quickly ramps up and includes enough change ups and variations to keep anyone's attention. It manages to be epic without being pretentious. Adventurous but not tiresome. Much like the game its based on Laughing So grab your talking boat and your weather wand and batten down your hatches for some piratey adventure.

Wind Waker was an awesome game the free world was so cool I never did beat it.

Yeah, it's just too bad that the special Wii U doesn't come with a physical copy of the game.
