I was curious about how much the trade in credit wout be for KH DD for the 3DS since it is still going for about 28 used. I want the WD for the Vita and figured that I could maybe do a straight trade for a used one, which is 19.99. Now to the point they tell me the credit would be 6 in cash or 8 for trade in. 30% more if I put i toward a game that just came out. I said no thanks. lol.

Yeah, the only time I've ever attempted to trade in or sell anything at Gamestop, it was when I beat Luigi's Mansion and wanted to trade it in less than two months after it came out; they gave me similar quotes, so I kept it.

I miss EB and Babbages and Game Fellas and Funcoland. I thought we had laws against monopolys like Gamestop. Making money is one thing but this is just shiesty. This is why I always feel guilty when I buy used games from them cause I know some sad, desperate, or foolish soul got hosed.

We rarely trade things in but I always check beforehand to see if they'll try to screw us like that. Often they'll give about 50% of the used resale value but sometimes...I'll just keep my games, thanks lol

I am going to check with the retro gaming stores to see if they have WD on the Vita and what they would give me for a couple of games.

I remember making more than what I paid for Darksiders when I got rid of it, in fact I may have gotten nearly the amount that they were reselling it for. It was around the time Darksiders 2 came out so they bumped up the price of Darksiders and then there were a bunch of extra promotions that bumped up the credit by a lot.

ah gamestop you so funny. They made a funny with me when they had their buy 2 get one 1 deal. I picked my three only to be told it's for pro players only. I laughed all the way out the door....
