Is it free for PC users who don't own a copy of GTAV? Guessing no, but worth a shot.

So dont forget to download it, its free and sooo worth it!!!
Update the download is automatic when you fire GTA5 and even though its loaded there still working on server issues so even if you load it you cant play as of 9: 00 am but should be up this evening.
