Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Hd Remix is coming to North America and Europe!

If this isn't a midnight launch for me, it will most likely be a day one purchase.

Having the Kingdom Hearts logo grace a PS3 cover is a combination that I've been waiting for ever since I first played Kingdom Hearts 2, 5 years ago. Preorders are now open, but I probably will wait until they announce some preorder bonus to get it.

Also, in another piece of KH news, Gametrailers is releasing another Timeline video,this time the topic being Kingdom Hearts, following up in the success of their Legend of Zelda video which is here ---> http://www.gametrailers.com/full-episodes/en597n/timeline-the-legend-of-zelda

The whole thing is 30 minutes, but it's worth it to watch.

And I'm really starting to like this website, but I really miss the comments needing titles. That is one of those things that you hate, but it grows on you. Thanks for reading!

My thoughts on the 1.5 mix are that I just want them to update the combat system before release. I haven't seen anything on that. The old battle system is really clunky and slow, and has not aged well. I wasn't the greatest Kingdom Hearts fan, but if they do that, I would be tempted to get this rerelease or remake or update or whatever you want to call it. Otherwise, it just feels like a cash grab.

Yeah, they are updating the battle system to be more like in KH2 with the reaction commands and all that. And they are also mapping the camera to the right stick instead of the shoulder buttons whch everyone should be grateful for. XD

I can't wait for this game, I was going to trade in my PS3 after Last of Us comes out, but now I have just another reason to keep it for eternity lol.

My life isn't complete until I get Kingdom Hearts 3. Seriously though, I'm kind of excited too but I played this game so many times back in the day it's difficult for me to feel all hyped over it. And screw Chain of Memories and the stupid mechanic of needing a certain randomly dropped card to unlock doors.

But who am I kidding, as soon it's in my PS3 and I hear Dearly Beloved at the title screen I'll probably drop a few tears of nostalgia :P

Believe it or not, I wrote a blog titled "I hate writing comment titles" that's now in the Blogger archive I made for old 1up stuff, yet now I kind of agree with you about missing it in some weird way. lol

As for KH, I enjoyed the first one as a rental, got to about the Tarzan levels, and when I find time, I'll gladly check out that timeline.

Yeah, with the comment title, you could do some creative things with the comment itself.
