San Andreas was good. 

I tried that one too. They all look the same and have the same crappy acting.

GTA LCS is fucking dreadful. That's like playing re6 and saying every resident evil game is bad. Also, shitty acting? Level as many complaints at the games, but they hire some good fucking actors. Ricky gervais, samuel l jackson etc. they hire big name actors and the acting is pretty damn good.

I am talking about all of them. It is  just my opinion though.

When I was younger, I really enjoyed GTA2.  Then they jumped to 3D and my enjoyment of the series plummeted into the ground.

I honestly have tried to play them all,through borrowing and gettting them free, I just do not like every aspect of the games.

Just for curiosity, what is that make you hate the GTA games? Is it the gameplay, the story, anything else? I just never don't know.

It makes me sick how hyped out the ass GTA games are. People were up in arms over at Gamespot when GTA 5 didn't get a perfect score. Literally attacking the person that reviewed it. I enjoy some of the older titles, but definitely understand where your coming from. Those games have been offering the same type of gameplay for years.

I am sure some honestly like the game for the game play, then you have the ones that want to be a gangsta and this is the only way they can play that out.

I've played only a little bit of Vice City. I bought the seven CD soundtrack for that game though. What a great deal it was. $50 for all that music and the funny DJ skits in between songs and fake commercials. I still recite certain ones today like the ad for the fake movie Exploder.

   But that's about it for my involvement in this franchise. I've always been turned off by being a shady character or bad guy in games. I'm not into gangster films either. However, the open worldness of the new game has me very excited. You can really do anything you want in it. To heck with robbin' stores. I prefer stealing cars myself.

I do like gangster movies, mostly Scarface, Casino, Goodfellas and the first Godfather. GTA is just so cheap to me and not fun to play.

There was an issue with the controls in the earlier games that discouraged me as well. I think Crackdown nailed that part of it. 

I played the first Crackdown, and thought it was okay. I wanted to pick it up again to have.

I love Crackdown. My buddy and I played it co-op like crazy. Shooting and platforming around the cities worked great. Driving was a little sloppy, but as long as you avoided the races, it was fun as heck.

It is 3 bucks at GameStop, I may pick it up tomorrow.

Ha ha. i would pick up a second copy if I found one still sealed as an insurance against future loss.

If you don't like criminal activity or gangster movies, then you will never like any of the GTA games.  It would be like me playing a videogame about politics and I had to be Obama.  I'd hate the freaking game. 

No, I do like gangster movies, but who would like criminal activity... Really? I just think the games are stupid.

We live out fantasies with videogames.  Many people want to act out being a criminal without having the risk of going to real jail.  In real life, someone may become a criminal out of necessity.  There are so many laws that restrict us that I'm positive we're all breaking one law or another everyday.  Are you sure you're not involved in criminal activity?  You could be and not know it. 

Oh, I am sure at one point people have.lol.

I'm into car jacking fantasy, but the store robbery thing bothers me a little, because I've seen them happen in real life.

GTA 5 is an Awesome game in my opinion rook but like you said either you like GTA or you dont like me with Saint Rows series I cant stand it but that doesnt mean its a bad game its just a bad game to me, I respect your opinion and thats why were all here right to share the good and bad that games have to offer I really liked San Andreas and this ones alot like it so for me I gave it a 4.5 out of 5 but of course I love GTA.

Exactly, There are games I love and are a big fanboy for, that I am sure people hate. GTA just does not do it for me and also does not represent what I like in gaming.
