I had bought Condemned 2 on a whim for cheap. I was so happy with it. Such a great game, and I loved how you could pretty much use any weapon available. It was brutal and quite fun bashing dudes senseless with a toilet seat lol. Although the best part was when I unlocked the ability to scream and make heads explode.
Happy Halloween!

The time of Ghosts, Goblins, and Ghouls is upon us!
It’s that time of year again, and personally, it’s one of my favorite holidays of the year. I have a plethora of memories in regards to dressing up and going to various parties throughout my collegiate career. I also remember the trips I would also take to the nearby Haunted Houses that always profited off of cheap scares and people jumping out of the shadows.
But fear is a powerful emotion. It can sometimes drive us to do things we never thought were possible, and sometimes it can makes the manliest of men run away like a sissy-boy with his tail tucked snuggly between his legs. So in the spirit of Halloween and the desire to experience fear, I decided to play through some older horror games that have been laying around in my backlog.
To start with, I’ve never once finished Condemned or Condemned 2. I’ve started both games, but I quit halfway through each entry. Not from fear of course, because we all know that I’m a complete manly man who bears a chest full of hair and owns a pair of rippling biceps that could best any 12 year old. No, I just simply quit and moved on to something else for some reason or another.
Another game I’ve been working through is Fatal Frame II. I’ve played through the first one and I liked it quite a bit, but it was another game in which I simply stopped playing and moved on to something else. So far though, Fatal Frame II seems to be way worse in terms of freaky shit. There’s just something extremely unsettling about ghost-hunting with a Kodak-Gun equipped with Fuji Film. I’m absolutely determined to finish this game though, but we all know how that usually turns out for me.
So has anyone else been getting their Horror on for the sake of Halloween?
