Infinity Ward, Go Die.

So. Call of Duty Ghosts is shit. It doesn't have mouse sensativity options. It doesn't have an FOV slider, and the screen is locked at 65, which actually made me and many other pc gamers feel nautious. It has a 50 GB install. It's supposed to look next gen, but it actually looks worse than Black Ops 2. In fact, it looks fucking terrible. I mean, you could name ANY modern game out right now and it looks better. THERE ARE NO CHANGES. THIS IS NOT NEXT GEN. It's laughable that this had to run at 720p on next gen consoles, seeing as how BATTLEFIELD BAD COMPANY 2 ON CONSOLES LOOKS BETTER THAN THIS SHITE DOES ON PC!

I like Call of Duty from time to time. It can be fun to dip in and out of, and I've never actively had a problem with the franchise. But seriously, Ghosts is a fucking joke. 2/10.

To much hype on the series that I feel ran its course two years ago. If this is any indication of what is to come, then I am glad that I'm not going next gen.

This is just Infinity Ward being lazy. Well, when i say Infinity Ward, I mean what's left. Most of the guys responsible for the original Modern Warfare are working on Titanfall. The point is next gen looks decent. Just these lazy pieces of shit who are fucking up.

I guess it's just the technical problems that make this installment so hated. All things considered and taken out of context, Cod games are actually half decent shooters, I think they just get a bit of flak for being WAY to similar to previous installments and not really living up to the enormous hype (which I didn't really see much of within the people I know).

Yeah I like CoD. It's just that A) this is supposed to be next gen but it looks worse than most games THIS GEN, B) It's the worst pc port this year, and we've had Deadly Premonition this year, and C) Black Ops 2 was better! In damn near every way.

There's a reason I just stick with Modern Warfare 1's Arcade Mode for my CoD fix. Why the others don't do this baffles me.

I even like Modern Warfare 1's maps best. Honestly, I like Treyarch much more than IW. At least they try something different from time to time, and have fun with the franchise.

I feel the same. These modern war-game fpses just rub me wrong. Throughout the years I've seen the commercials and the game footage and EVERYTHING looks the same to me. The maps also get more linear and lazy. The older games seem "better",y'know?

I'm also a bit against the "America,fuck yeah! We can do no wrong!" sentiments behind these games. Sure there was "No Russians" but wasn't that a scenerio where a Russian was killing his own people? Correct me if I'm wrong,Blake.

Honestly, most CoD campaigns are a blur to me lol. I don't remember the plot of any of them, and I only remember certain gameplay bits.

The reason I was more disappointed than usual is that this was supposed to be the Next Gen call of duty. Instead we get the current call of duty which hasn't even changed it's graphics since MW3. Seriously, Black Ops 2 looks, plays and IS better.

Well, I kinda don't care about modern military shooters, but if I want to play any of the COD games, which games do you recommend?

As for this game, I know I must play something before making assumptions, but it really seems that the stagnation point is becoming more apparent with the COD franchise. I also guess this doesn't have the zombi mode. Must be a Treyarch thing.

Yeah, Treyarch do Zombies. If you wanted to play a CoD game... if you want to play singleplayer, Modern Warfare 1 or Black Ops 2. Modern Warfare 1 deserves every bit of praise it gets, and has some REALLY strong moments. Black Ops 2 is stupid, hilarious fun. If you want Multiplayer, Black Ops 2. So... just ignore every other game in the series.

Looks like they dropped the ball, big time. I still want to play Black Ops one of these days. Looked more interesting to me than the MW games. More interesting killstreak rewards and weaponry.
