Whereare you on EO that you're stuck? I didn't run into that until about B20F, but I did all of the side quests I could find.
Oh, and FYI, this is blog #5000 on the site!!

Got to playing a bunch of Dillon's Rolling Western over the past week, though I don't think I've been making that much progress. The way the controls are set up really limit how much time I can play since I'm left-handed, and if there was a way to change the controls that I wasn't aware of or didn't pay close enough attention to, I am gonna feel like a very big idiot. The game itself is pretty fun for the short burst of time I'm able to play, and maybe when I have the time and money I'll pick up the sequel as well.
That self-imposed break from Etrian Odyssey Untold didn't last nearly as long as I thought it would, just a couple of days later I jumped back into the game. I'm still having similar problems with the enemies, though seeing as how they're most likely way above my current level I guess it's more on me for not finding out how you're supposed to raise the level cap up sooner. I have my guesses as to how I'd go about that, but I'm not sure and I'd hate to go through all the trouble of exploring a hunch to be rewarded with experience I can't even use.
And just for fun as well as making sure I wasn't as inept as I feared while swapping my 3DS' stock SD card to a larger one, I mucked about in Crimson Shroud for the first time in a long while. Everthing seemed to be where it was so I'll consider the whole operation a success. I've had some weird experiences with memory cards/games in general so I think I'm allowed to be a little paranoid about stuff like this.
Ok bye.
It's a sort-of tower defense game on the 3DS eShop where you play as an armadillo named Dillon who protects villages from rock creatures called Grocks. I've wanted to play it since it initially came out but didn't have the opportunity to until it was offered as one of the Club Nintendo rewards. Here's the offical site if you're interested.
I played some Crimson Shroud. I was so excited for it but playing it wasn't as great as I imagined. I spent all my time in menu screens. It would've been better if there was some Final Fantasy Tactics type characters moving on a board with some extra strategy. It was more like playing with spreadsheets. I like stat management but I need some visuals to spice it up.
Yeah, I won't deny it took me a little while to get used to the aesthetic choices the game made, but I still found it very enjoyable. Maybe it has something to do with the way the game was presented as a sort of Tabletop RPG, and that was the kind of game I've always wanted to play but due to one reason or another just couldn't.
