Happy New Year! And uh,catching up.

Going to be a simple blog. Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New-Year. Chances are even if we don't get around to speaking directely right now, you're still one of my dear friends I met at 1up or Pixlbit. Otherwise I doubt you'd be reading this blog. My blessings and prayers of good-will go out for each and every one of you!

So,what have I been into? Not much worth blogging about. Still clocking in time to FF Dissidia Duodecim. It's my new guilty addiction and I haven't been able to put my psp down since purchasing that little piece of nostalgia. Dragoon Kain, Terra Bradford, and Lightning are my favorite characters so far. The only outcast amongst them is Lightning on account I do not even know much about FF 13. I simply think Laura Bailey does a great job voicing her and I love her look. She sort of reminds me of a more futuristic and battle hardened Heather Mason and there's certainly nothing wrong with that. (Er, maybe throw in a dab of Kaine from Nier too!)

Additionally my game has been in the rear view mirror awhile now. After countless revisions and updates it's rather bug free and sits on Game-jolt with a 5 out of 5 rating. (From only 3 people mind you but I'm still pretty damned proud!) Considering how much of a rocky start Gutter-delve had it was still able to settle down on a nice nest! To most people this may seem small and inconsequential but considering one of my life aspirations was to make a game, it's a comforting feeling to have actually done it.

There's no doubt I'll probably make a sequel but for now I went back to drawing a lot. It felt exhilerating to go back to illustrating after not having done it for so long! Was able to crank out this rather tongue & cheek sexy depiction of ANGI struggling with her nightstick. Or um,pulling it out of storage. Will the white-knight-social-justice-templars come out of the shadows to stop my love of breasts? Stay tuned,true believers!

PS: Peter Capaldi is Doctor Who. I hope he calls The Daleks "f#cking horse d#cks" at least once. lol.

Glad some people are responding well to the game Ben, have you talked to anybody or heard any constructive feedback on what they thought of their experience? I bet GutterDelve was a pretty good learning experience, so it'll be exciting whenever you get inspired on some ideas for the follow up game.

I got the best feedback at RPG Pavilion. Had some good folks there who were tough but fair. Eventually I did away with "random encounters" as that seemed to annoy a lot of players. Additional conversations and flash-back sequences were also added to fill in the story more. By contrast the people at Game-jolt are positive but not as in depth with their feedback (Though there's a nice bloke by the name of Voodoo Fox who almost did a complete Let's Play of my game. I really am grateful for that!) whereas the people at RMN (Save for a few nice exceptions to the rule) were mostly complete snobs.

It's always difficult to say goodbye to the previous incarnation of The Doctor. It has never been easy for me,Peter. I kind of like how this regeneration had more symbolism. It wasn't all "flash" but instead just a sad smile,drop of the bow tie,and Matt seeing Amy Pond one last time. Then, "boom" poor confused Peter Capaldi with those terrified intense eyes of his!

I do believe that cleavage has Kung Fu grip,lol. I feel bad that I have not got to play your game yet. I down loaded it but I can't get it to work on my computer for some reason (windows8 sucks!) and I have been to bizy and tired to try and figure it out. But I will eventually. Also since I know you are a fan of the female form and familiar with cosplayers you should look up Mariedoll, Ani Mia, Ya Ya Han, and Vampi Bit Me. Laters!

Haven't gotten around to Shadowrun Returns or its' custom game making tools though I've heard good things! Hoping the options for making unique character models are at least decent.

It's good you held off on my game until now,Townz! You'll be playing the definitive version that is the most hassle free.

Happy New Year Ben! I need to play Dissidia sometime. I wonder if Kain is in the original. He is the main reason why I like Dragoons so much. Well... the fact that they can jump super high and use spears helps too.

Dragoon Kain is the sizzle,Aaron! So far he's my favorite male character. That and FF4 was a very important part of my youth. (Along with FF6 and Chrono Trigger)

Happy New Year's Ben! Best wishes in all your endeavors in this coming year! Depending on how things go the first half of this year, if you'd be up for it I'd maybe like to collaborate with you on making a game, I think we could make something AMAZING together! And I'm finally getting to downloading your game, and will try to play it soon. I have about 8 games backlogged on my PS3, a couple on my PS4, about 12 PSP/Vita games on my Vita, and about 3 or 4 on 3DS. Lots of games to play, and so little time! But I'll try to get to it ASAP!
