ha ha, yeah, i downloaded it too.  HAven't played it yet though, want to play Bioshock Infinite first.  I don't know about this game, but a lot of people I know say it's pretty good, so I imagine the combat is fun at least. 

I played some BSI when I got home today, so far I like it.

I will say that I did really enjoy the demo that I played last year.  I never picked it up, but the gameplay seemed solid in the demo.

If you have PS Plus it is free right now.

I tried the demo for DMC 4 a while back and It just seemed like the same old crap. After seeing footage of this new one, I really don't have any interest in it. Ah well. Maybe you'll get some enjoyment out of it. If nothing else at least it was free.

I played through the first level when I bought it on sale a while back. I haven't played much of any DMC so I had no expectations. I actually had fun with it despite getting disoriented a few times

I liked the music, but really not much else. I am on BSI now, So I will get back to it sooner or later.

I was playing Tales of Graces F at first. I think I'm going to check Infinite out soon. I really love the way it looks. I just downloaded Rain, Far Cry Blood Dragon (coz people say it's funny) and Enslaved even though I own a physical copy. I figure 5 bucks was worth it for the DLC anyway.

I almost downloaded Crysis 3 for a fiver but I figured I probably wouldn't play it anyway.

Mickey Power of 2 is a pain in the ass on PS3. I've only played 15 minutes and I already can't figure out how to jump up in order to continue the level. I know I probably have to use Oswald but no matter what I do I can't jump high enough.

If I miss the sale, maybe MP2 will be free for the Vita one day.

I tried it, but I quit after a few hours. The combat was fun, sort of, but I thought the controls were really convoluted and the level design was really boring.

It looked like something I might enjoy, honestly. Haven't played it, though. I'm fine with the dude being nude at the beginning, if they provide some context and there's a point, but I'm guessing there isn't. 

All I know is the art style looked fine to me, and DMC 4 was boring as shit when I played it, so maybe I'd like the new one better. no idea, though.

Like I tell people, they may like it, but for me it is a terrible reboot so far.

I rented it from Gamefly last year. I enjoyed it. And I never played any of the previous games so this game made me into a fan: I bought the HD Collection the next time it was on sale.

I want to get the HD but I have all the games already and see no need to.

The only part of the game I've really seen is the infamous scene where Dante trades F-bombs with the puking demon.

You may or may not like it. When I finish BSI I am going to try and play through the rest of it.

I liked it, but mostly because of the style. The first level is really in your face about it, but as the game goes on it does some really cool stuff artistically. Combat was just good though, nowhere near as good as Bayonetta or Ninja Gaiden.

I will play more of it, but I plan to finish BSI first. To me articily it is very bland and the combat just seems about the same... I like the old DMC games way better than this.

"Art is subpar at best?" This game is a visual feast? What the hell don't you like about it? There are levels that are upside down, inside a tv network. The colors, the contrast, the work that went into the visuals are fucking astonishing. It is one of the best looking games I played last year! Minimal? Seriously, you're aguments against this game are flat out wrong, like me trying to argue that black people have wings without ever seeing one. Play the damn game and then complain, unless your one of those DMC hardcores who cried because dante has black hair. He has his white hair by the end of the game.

 "He even starts the game naked!" Oh no, male nudity. The game must be awful. He woke up after a one night stand. What he was going to be fully clothed? Does having sex make you a stripper now?

 ...And those are the only two things that justify you telling everyone to only get this game if it's free because it's crap? This game is GOOD. Very narrowly didn't make my top 10 good. So seriously, before you berate the game anymore, actually play the fucking game.

 Yeah, it was your opinion, and I argued with it. Tell me why you think it's ugly. I didn't mean to come off as much as an asshole as I did, but the fact remains, the visuals are the thing you should hate least, because it looks great.

Okay Blake, in the game of fairness, once I finish BSI I will play through DmC and tell you why.

I'm actually planning to get this game in a near. Atleast on my view point, it looks great.

That's one of the things I like about this instant game collection idea. If you like a game you played digitally for free, then you can go out and buy it physically later when that game is no longer avaialable. I did the same thig on XBLA wqith my free copies of Crackdown and Rainbow Six Vegas digital DL's. I liked both of them so I bought them on the cheap for $5 each. Sure I had them for free digitally but it helps free up HD space if I have the dics physically.

I think I'll pass on DMC and stick to the original if that's the case. Me no likie nudity.
