I've never owned a fight stick, and honestly never really thought about it, since they tend to be more expensive, and I tend to feel just as ok with just playing with controllers at home and fight sticks at the arcade.
It's awesome you got a free one (basically) though. I'm at work, so I may have zoned out a bit. What is the pulse feature doing exactly?
The pulse feature is essentially the lights on the fight stick will pulse when your character gets hit by your opponent. The light setting can be set to off, on, and pulse. If you are still interested Gamestop still has this Battle Edition available for both PS3 and Xbox 360. Like I said in the video when this version was released back in April 2013 it retailed for $150.00 American. So it's a 90 dollar fight stick essentially for free at this price ($59.99). I played it all last night and it feels really good and satisfying. It's my first fight stick as well. PDP makes the fight stick and I've owned other products by them and I think they are a good company. If you have any other questions let me know, but at this price now may be the time for you to bite.
