Snowdrifts

There's nothing quite like getting blasted in the face with a mixture of ice and snow to make you wish you'd just stayed inside...

Anyways, had to do a bit of snow shoveling yesterday, which due in part to my daily exercise routine, wasn't as tiring as it used to be. The only ache I still have is from my hands, but that's because for some reason my hands are very susceptible to the cold. Even having a decent pair of gloves doesn't do all that much, which is very frustrating.

Just for fun I thought I'd try out the Project M mod for Smash Bros. Brawl, though ulitmately it would probably be kind of pointless. My brother's not interested in it at all, and even though I am, the thought of nothing but matches against the CPU is a little less than enticing. Though it doesn't look like I can even access the site right now, so there goes that.

Ok, bye.

Yeah, exercise is way easier once you're fit. I think that's part of the reason people don't understand how hard it can be for some to lose weight. I'm glad I live in Texas ...

That's very true.

I was in a Diner during the snow storm. What a weird surreal place that is on a night like that.

I'm glad I was at home at the time, though it's only during storms like this that my neigborhood is relatively quiet.

Luckily I am walking distance to the Diner, so I pulled out my super jacket and huffed it over there. I really wanted to do some cross-country skiing. There's a good trail right behind my building I can do that on.

Arizona here.  No snow.  But our summers are intense.

That's too bad you have no one to play Smash with.  :(

Given the choice, I think I'd stick with the snow. I dread summer enough as it is, if I had to go somewhere even warmer, I don't think I could take it.
