I've been dropping hints here and there that i have been planing to upgrade to a new custom Game laptop since December, well Today it has finally arrived!

The Delivery Box

I am, as they say, "stoked!". Installing the software was tricky but i have all my drivers working (thank gawd), I prolly won't install office but photoshop stuff most likely, yeah. I've Just installed Steam and Razor Game Booster and others. I have a few games and emulators to set up knowing me it'll take days Tongue Out

I might buy those laptop colling mates as well, I'll reveal all my gear when I'm completely set.

This is V saying

"Enjoy with Me."

Congrats on the new laptop! I got my new PC like a week ago. I don't think I played anything that first day lol. There were far too many games to install and download. I have one of those cooling pads for my laptop. It works pretty well.

Nice! I should probably get a cooling pad for when I play games on my "not necessarily a gaming laptop, but has good enough specs to play most older 360/PS3 games" laptop.

I've been thinking about doing that monthly fee cloud thing where you get all the cool Adobe software without outright buying it for however many thousand or close to a thousand dollars.

I was just thinking of how many computers I've had since 2000. It's four, two towers, and two laptops. That's like one every three years or so. I'm just passing three years on my present laptop. It runs great but I'm thinking of replacing it with a tablet.

Man, now that's a closet! I need to get myself a tower one day but this will have to do.

My Laptop is suited for upgrades so I think i'll be fine for at least 4 years.Laughing

Someone got a new laptop...awesome stuff man, congrats! I have one of those mats on my PC laptop and it does the job. That thing used to heat up like no other.

Can't wait to see the finish product, and setup.

I'll be personalizing here and there after I make sure everything works I may buy a small desk like those ones in the hospital out of convenience, so i don't strain my legs in bed. Well, see.

And yet we lose another gamer to the "PC master race".

I mourn for our loss. Will this maddness ever end!!!

Seriously though, sweet tech! looking forward to seeing the full game rig set up.

Congrats!

Ive never had a full fledged gaming PC but Im hopeing with another few upgrades the one Im on now will run pretty much anything in good standards. I hope the rest of the process runs smoothly getting it setup!

It's a little hair raising because a lot of setup requires the internet and mine is wonky at best but all the basic and gaming neccesarries are done i just need to download all my games, some are fresh from the disk but the rest are online.

It's going to be an "allnighter!"Cry
