That's the one thing I like about consoles, plug and play. PC has these quirks but damn when everything is clicking, the gaming is awesome.
I finished the first X-Men Legends (enjoyed it), but I don't think I ever completed Rise of the Apocalypse.

Well it took aaaaaaaaaaall night but i got all my drivers to work (most that I'm aware of anyway), I can use the Bluetooth, the Ethernet cable and the USB 3.0 drivers.
What the problem was is that the software provided me though compatible with the OS it wasn't compatible with the Hardware or to that effect the hardware was suited for a different types of drivers. I copied over a bunch of Intel and Realtek software made for Dell's and Lenovo's all day till I got a match. I haven't tested the Bluetooth yet but i'll try with my phone after Breakfasst or something.
I have currently downloaded one whole game in that time, X-men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse. I borrowed it off a friend and never played it. I have about 4-5 others to go.
.
Personalisation
I was thinking about this for a while and since my old laptop was in a Sonic theme I decided to get my Zelda on, Icons, Background, sfx even the mouse cursor.
In Part 2 I'll show you all the fruits of my labour, 8am till 6.30pm. Geez.
This is V saying
"Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn!"
Ouch! that much trouble with drives and OS installs. Your a bigger man than me for I would've given up a long time ago trying to get all of this working for gaming.
where can you get those personlizations? I had a Phantasy Star for my Windows XP laptop long ago. I'd love to have it again on my Windows 8.
